    I purchased a 2003 Mercedes-Benz S55 from this dealership and have been disappointed with the experience and vehicle from the start. The dealership stated... that they could transfer my tags, which was very important. It was not till after I arrived there(2 hour drive) that they informed me they could not. I then had to wait another hour and a half for them to "Fumble around" to get the temporary tags, leaving me alone at the dealership. I am also extremely disappointed that even with a copy of my license, they couldn't even get my name right on the paperwork. The service counter had been reset on the vehicle, even though it had not had an oil change in quite a while.The car also had a matching set of Continental tires on the car in the pictures. When I arrived the car had 2 Continental tires and 2 "Champiro" tires. This whole experience has been a nightmare and no customer should have to deal with this.

    We purchased a Ford F-150 on April 22nd and now it's July 11th and we still don't have the title!!! That's 3 months later!! I would strongly discourage... anyone not to buy from GN Auto, it's the biggest mistake that we have ever made!!!

    GN Auto, What a great Experience, we purchased 2 vehicles a Truck and Car, Thank you so much to TJ!!!!, he went out of his way to help us with a problem... took excellent care of us!, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, stop see GN first!!!! ASK FOR TJ!!

    Prior to driving over 1 hour to the dealer, we made contact to: 1)ensure that the vehicle was still available; 2) verify that the price was negotiable;... and 3) ensure that the dealer was amenable to making repairs necessary to pass MD state inspections. After a couple days had passed, a sales representative contacted us to assure us that all our requests could be met. We made the 1 hour plus trek, conducted a test drive as well as had a pre purchase inspection completed by an objective certified luxury car mechanic. Over $2000 worth of repairs were required! Upon return to the dealership, we meet with our sales representative to inform him of the needed repairs as well as to negotiate pricing. The sales representative, in consultation with his management team, agreed to make repairs however refused to negotiate vehicle pricing. It was at that point that concluded our business and walked out - at least 3.5 hours of our day had been wasted (something that we attempted to avoid at the outset of this business transaction). Shortly after leaving the salesman called back willing to negotiate terms. After numerous back and forth phone calls, pricing was negotiated to everyone's satisfaction. Once the buyers order was emailed, to our suprise and displeasure it did not reflect the final negotiated terms. Two days later, we finally received the corrected buyers order, finalized the car loan and made the payment with the understanding that the vehicle with ALL the agreed upon repairs will be delivered no later than Wednesday. To date it's unclear whether the stipulated deadline will be met, and with all the issues that we've experienced thus far, we are skeptical about the quality of the repairs that are supposedly being done. At this point we just want to take possession of the purchased vehicle and be done with this nightmarish car buying experience. Out of all the cars that we have purchased, this has to be the most stressful and unsatisfactory experience to date. With that said, prospective buyers, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    So let me start off by saying that I've owned plenty of cars. But this was a different experience with a lot of moving parts. They made me feel comfortable... the entire time. They held a car for me that they probably shouldn't of and worked with me every step of the way. Johan was extremely diligent in contacting me to let me know what needed to be done. He's young but a very good salesman. Alex who was my finance manager was extremely pleasurable to work with and got this deal done easy at no point did I have to second guess what he said. Great business by great people. My next car will come from these guys.

    Drove over 1 hour and half to find out that the car I had just called and spoke with the representative about, was sold two days past. After introducing... my self and telling the rep I was the client that had e-mailed him several times and spoke with him on the phone prior to driving out there. He said that he doesn't recall talking to me and that he does not e-mail anyone, the secretary must have e-mailed me????When I expressed my disappointment the representative had the audacity to say "Ma'am don't do that! I didn't know the car was not here, I was off!" This was appalling to me. Why not check your inventory before people come out to see something that is gone. No customer service skills what so ever.

    We called a sale Rep telling him we are on the way, when we got there: there was no car , it turned out that the car was sold days ago. His friend offered... to show us another one , left to get it and turned out that it won't be ready for four days. Driving all the way to Manassas for nothing was not fun. Outdated personal, they don't even know what cars they have in their lot. It was bad experience.

    Shane sold me a BMW 5 series, he had sufficient knowledge of all the vehicles specifications and technology. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't know half... of what this vehicle could do. He steered me to a car that not only I could afford and got me payments where I wanted them to be but had me fall in love with the car. The general Manager TJ helped greatly to get the final numbers right and helped get 2 minor cosmetic issues handled. They definitely will be selling cars to me or my family in the future.
