It was a very pleasant experience. No pressure from the salesman or General Manager. I came back a few times to look at a couple of cars. Joon the salesman... was very patient.
I had a good experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. When the thought of buying a new Mercedes crossed my mind, I was quite nervous stepping into such... a dealership but I found the atmosphere inviting. The sale process was not the easiest but in the end I reached an agreement I was happy with. My first Mercedes here won?t be my last.

The whole management team from the top to bottom will not work with customers on pricing. They also have a $300 fee to buy there that is not a mandatory... state fee. Also tried to throw in a $199 online fee and I didn’t even inquire online. Profit at this dealership supersedes customer service and customer relations. If I wasn’t tired on the car buying game I wouldn’t have purchased from this dealership. Paid a little more and now I know that I’d never buy from them again.

The service guy was very short with me. They basically charged me $250 for a oil change and called it an A service.

It’s a shame that the standard dealer response is to publicly offer a call with their GM....AFTER I have already been blown off by the GM who has received... voicemails and emails with my contact info....with zero response. Maybe instead of automating a Politically correct response on a public site, you could just follow through on the requests that come in when people aren’t watching? It is very very hard to make me angry, but this dealership has done it after 4 consecutive bad experiences and over $7k in repairs and maintenance in the last 24 months on something that had an extended warranty. The ONLY good thing about this dealership is Anastasia. The rest....a blight upon the brand and the reason I am NEVER buying a Mercedes again. Good. Riddance
When I bought the car I also got the extended warranty, being told that it would cover everything but tired and oil changes pretty much. That wasn’t the... case when I took it in 3 years ago for a driver side window issue which I was told would cost $700 to fix. Then I went in for my airbag recall, to be told there was a wiring malfunction....not an airbag issue...and that wire would cost $830 to be replaced. Then I was told that I needed new tires, and for $550 per tire they would be happy to help me. I decided to take my business to a local tire guy who did it for half that price. Then I got an email telling me how excited they would be to buy my car as a trade in. However, that quickly evaporated when I indicated that I wouldn’t be buying a new car as a replacement. The GM even emailed me asking for feedback which I provided with my name, email and phone number. Oddly, he never contacted me again. They care about one thing only: making their money. If you legitimately want this dealership to look out for you, I think you will be sorely disappointed at how they are opportunistic and thoroughly overpriced. My recommendation: don’t buy Mercedes. My backup: if you must have the Mercedes, don’t take it to this dealership to be serviced. They have made it easy for me to walk away from the brand and I would encourage the rest of you to do so.
