    Walked in was greeted by John Sasso who greeted us promptly. He was knowledgeable and courteous through the whole process. Tom Horton made sure we were... taken care of and our 2.5 year old daughter had a snack. He made us feel very welcome even though we walked in shortly before close. Tony Hussain got our deal done fast. No pressure and no going back and forth. He was honest and upfront about everything. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. These 3 gentlemen are real assets to browns kia. We could not have been more pleased with the process and will be servicing our vehicle there and buying our next Kia from Browns. Thank you to all of you. It was truly an exceptional experience.

    Helpful rather than pressuring. Willing to negotiate a fair price. Willing to go find inventory (didn’t need to.) Veteran discount. Experts in features... and options. Bought a second car there because our 1st purchase the month before was an exceptionally positive experience. Wais and Jonathan were awesome!

    My tire pressure light has come on twice since I have owned my Kia. The first time, I had two nails in two tires. Your team repaired the tires quickly.... The second time, it turned out there were no holes to repair, just very low tire pressure. I was embarrassed, but very pleased that your team still had the car washed and cleaned for me. I thought that was above and beyond what was normal. Every employee has been pleasant to work with especially Jonathan.
