    I consistently get exceptional customer service from everyone at Alexandria Toyota's service department. Their caring and professional attitudse makes it a pleasure to take my car in for maintenance. My service point of contact is Mr. Jerry Gerdes and he is absolutely excellent!!! Jerry is knowledgeable about service being provided, patient in explaining the service, realistic about the time estimates for service, informative about service changes required based on unexpected problems identified, attentive to his customers, and he is very personable. He uses these qualities with all of his customers as I have observed him for several years skillfully providing these qualities to us. He makes me feel as if I am the only customer he has as he expeditiously attends to my service requirements with the highest level of skill, efficiency, and professionalism. Jerry is the best and one of the top 3 reasons that I will purchase my next Toyota from Alexandria Toyota. -- Pat R

    I give this rating because I consistently get exceptional customer service from Jerry Gerdes and I need to share these compliments about him. Jerry is knowledgeable about service being provided, patient in explaining the service, realistic about the time estimates for service, informative about service changes required based on unexpected problems identified, attentive to his customers, and he is very personable. He uses these qualities with all of his customers as I have observed him for several years skillfully providing these qualities to us.     I am the kind of person that doesn't like to shop around, or beat around the bush when buying something. I go to a store, get what I need, and leave. That is the experience I had at Alexandria Toyota. From the time I walked in to the dealership, until the time I left with my new vehicle was less than 2 hours...far less time than I have ever spent at a dealership. The salesman fought for me to get a great deal on my trade-in, as well as for the vehicle I purchased. I will definitely do business with Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota again in the future.

    I purchased a used 2013 VW Golf from salesman Ted Yohannes on Tuesday, February 14th. The next day I found the full-size spare tire was flat and had been previously damaged and poorly repaired. I had the spare replaced at my local tire shop. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told it came with a one month/1,000 mile warranty. Ted told me that the warranty would cover 50% of the cost to repair any defect I experienced within the warranty period. On Thursday, February 16th, I called Ted and he told me to contact the Used Car Sales Manager Rocky Sulayman. I tried calling Mr. Sulayman and left a message. I also emailed my repair receipt and a picture of the damaged tire to Mr. Sulayman and Ted. On Friday, February 17th, I again left phone messages for Mr. Sulayman and Ted. I also sent an email to Managers John Taylor and John Reilly asking for their help with this. Later in the day, I received a call back from Ted. He said a manager had approved reimbursing me 50% of the spare tire repair bill, but the offered 30-day warranty was really only for the vehicles power train, not a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Ted was supposed to send me a copy of the vehicles service record, and get me reimbursed for 50% of the spare tire cost. I received a check for the spare tire in the mail, but didn't get the service record.

    My wife's SUV needed the 30k mile service. After being told how much it would cost at another dealer I decided to schedule it at Jack Taylors' Alexandria Toyota. I was impressed by the level of customer service I received there, from the minute I pulled in to their state of the art service bay. I was greeted by the service writer who quickly checked me in. Mohamed explained what would be done to my car and the time it would take to do it. I decided to wait at the customer lounge witch was very cozy and had many amenities internet connection, private desks, wi-fi, refreshments. The service on my car was completed ahead of time, and below what I would have paid elsewhere. Chriss Hazard and his staff should be commended for their courteous, friendly and professional manner. I usually take my cars to Lexus from now on I will save money and get better service by my friends at Jack Taylors' Alexandria Toyota. I highly recommend Chriss Hazard and the team at Jack Taylors Alexandria Toyota for all your Toyota/Lexus Service needs. V/R William Toloza M-B CPO Consultant

    Live dangerously by leaving your car overnight for service! Marvel at the lack of envelopes in the night drop box and hope the sales center is still open to give you something to help! Be sure to check in the next morning to make sure your mechanic actually comes to work! But don't forget to remind them to actually write up the ticket for your car so it doesn't sit around all day not getting serviced! Seriously, there are undocumented workers doing repair work out of their garage at home who are more reliable than these guys. Take your business anywhere else.

    George Jermstad is the reason we bought this car. About 3 months ago, he was the Sales Manager for our purchase of a 2016 RAV 4 AWD. We liked our Salesperson Kevin Cox, and Mr. Jermstad so much, we always intended to give them a chance to match the best price from your competitors. In the first car, we actually stayed with Jack Taylor Dealership even though the price was about $500 higher than the competing offer. This time for the Prius 4, Mr. Jermstad gave us such a solid first bid that we were a little insulted by the excessively large initial prices by the competitors that it made us easy to quickly finalize with Jack Taylor. Mr. Jermstad was our first email for Prius, and we felt confident we would end up there. For the next vehicle we buy, Mr. Jermstad will again be the first person we reach out to.
