Mike Luster, thank you for making our purchase in owning our very first Navigator a pleasant experience. We have been an owner of a Ford Platinum for 7 years and decided it was time for a more luxurious upgrade. After researching for a month we finally decided that the Navigator fit all our needs and wants. You listened, was kind and professional with no pressure on finalizing our choice of vehicle. You are definitely an asset to the Bayway team. I had a great experience at Bayway Lincoln. Evelina was professional, friendly, and really took the time to answer all my questions without pressure. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I felt confident I was getting a fair deal. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Evelina and Bayway

ADVERTISED PRICE IS A LIE.

ADVERTISED PRICE IS A LIE. They force you to pay for a CPO certification when the cost is not included in their advertising. This is against FTC principles. Add $2k or more to whatever price they have listed. Also- they spam your email box like crazy and take forever to actually read and respond to your requested information. I copied their manager on two emails and never got a response. Sketchy dealership, poor communication, no value for your time wasted on them. Take your business elsewhere.

Very good experience with Donald and the sales and trade

Very good experience with Donald and the sales and trade in process. The only inconvinience was that the dealership was not a preffered dealership for our bank and the payment/transfer process took a little bit longer that i would have liked.
