    Purchased a 2010 Lexus RX350 - James was terrific and patient and even though it was a Friday night and past closing, he was kind and patient and extremely helpful. He offered to drive the car up to Lewisville, NC for me the following day, which was greatly appreciated. We love, love, love the car. Thanks James Rafidi!

    My oil changes at Hendrick Lexus are always easy and predictable. My service advisor is Jeff and he has been such a good and knowledgeable person to deal with. He knows my car and always advises me as to what needs to be done without pushing me into repairs. Jeff and Hendrick repair are the best!!

    Jeff is my service advisor and he is the greatest. Best customer service and very detailed about the answers when asked a question. His time at Lexus has served him well. He is a very caring service advisor. Thank you Jeff for such a great experience at Lexus. I have been a customer since 2008 and you and Trey Brown have been the best service advisors I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Jeff!!!!

    never stepped into dealership. bought on line Walt did all paper work tags tax and insurance and Walt and David delivered my car to me at home signed papers in fifteen minutes and David went out to driveway and explained the car to me can't get easier than that excellent people

    I have always visited Hendrck Lexus on Independence blvd. Charlottwe, NC. Since I moved close to North Lake Mall I chose to visit Hendrck Lexus North Lake. I needed an oil change and my left head light kept going in and out. The head light IS a Lexus light because nothing else would work and plus I personally walked to the parts department and purchased it from the location on Independence. The tech. informed my advisor that the bulb in there was not a lexus bulb. I know that is far from the truth so after going through invoice after invoice, I finally decided to call Hendrck Lexus on Independence to see it they would happen to have that invoice in the system. They did. After relaying the message the tech. then decides to go take the bulb out and look at it. Now it happens to be a Lexus bulb, which I knew because I personally brought it my self. However he came back with another excuse saying it was the original bulb when the invoice is right there showing that was a new bulb, not even 2 years old yet. What concerned me the most is the fact that I trust these individuals to look at my vehicle properly and not just guesstimate the problem. This is what I am paying for. Now the other light is not coming on but the one I had an issue with works just fine. It is obvious they do not do what is required but will charge an arm and a leg for a service that never provided. <y uncle taught me about cars at an very early age. I took my vehicle back to Hendrck Lexus on Independence.
