There was a minor disagreement about some repairs that we needed on our 2019 Toyota Camry hybrid LE. after a few days, Mr. James Jeter called and explained that he had investigated my concerns and offered a refund for some of the repairs that were technically not required related to the reason we brought the car in for repairs. We’ve been dealing with Fred Haas Toyota world for over 20 years, we have bought four cars from them and have all of our services done there and each of our cars have run flawlessly for 140,000+ miles. Very trustworthy dealerships customer friendly, and customer focused.
