Mr. Gibbon, We apologize for not being able to repair your GMC truck under factory warranty, the GMC Dealer closest to you is Gay Family Auto. For safety reasons, Norman Frede Chevrolet's policy is not to work on Trucks that have been lifted six inches or over and have had the front suspension changed to raise the tire clearance. You cannot see over the hood of these vehicles, we have a very busy service drive and our customers safety comes first. Sincerely, Joan Mckinney General Manager

Recent visit

Met with Nathan to buy a used car. He was professional and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Although I didn't buy from him, I would recommend him abd his dealership.

I will be returning for my next purchase

I brought my Colorado in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Eric was my service writer. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take to service my truck. He made me feel comfortable while waiting for the shuttle to take me home. I have a lease vehicle and purchasing a vehicle. I am a repeated customer. At the end of my lease I will be back. I will also keep coming back to get both vehicles serviced there.
