    I was in the market for an X4 with specific options and Sterling McCall had the one I wanted. Only thing is, I live in San Jose, California. I was apprehensive at first but Chris Johnson called me after I submitted an inquiry on cars.com and provided me with info as I requested. He helped set me up with the finance department and I was assisted by Rene and Charlie. All the paperwork was done via FedEx and it wasn't as bad as I expected. Now, I'm just waiting on my car to be transported.....hopefully in the condition it left the dealership....:-)

    Tori was an excellent salesperson and she helped me with everything as far as questions asked and the new car buying experience. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and I wish all new car salesman we're like Tori. She set a good example and I wish all salespersons were like her. It was an enjoyable buying experience.

    I'm so pleased with the exceptional service and professionalism! I've been purchasing cars for over 50 years, you guys are top notch! Amazing experience overall. Worked with Darrel Babineaux.He's the best sales guy I've dealt with. Polite, professional and friendly. He's not your typical hard sales guy. He's the most diligent and honest person I ever met in the car business. Darrel outstanding performance didn't only offer me one great deal,but two great deals for me and my daughter. We finished our purchase in one day with the BEST DEAL!

    Can't say enough good things about the service dept! They diagnosed and fixed my audio system, chanced my oil, and installed my new set of rims without scratching them in only 2 days! Their shuttle service is nice and convenient and the facilities are also well accommodated.

    Very helpful and friendly people. Fraser Ross was the guy helping me, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me with buying the right car. Outstanding customer service from everyone the minute you walk in the door. Would absolutely go back to buy another car from them.

    Was in the market for a new car and was originally working with one salesman who clearly did not take me serious and could not offer me the deal I was looking for. I left the dealership only to receive a call from Darrell Babineaux approximately 20 minutes later asking me to return to the dealership - he was confident that he would be able to get the deal done. After a few conversations over the phone and discussions with Ray (finance guy), I was happy with the deal and purchased the car shortly thereafter. Darrell offered excellent customer service and ensured I was happy with my purchase from start to finish. This was not the typical car salesman experience (no haggling, slick talk, hustling, etc) he was honest all the way. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks, Darrell!!!!!!

    Red Acura paint defective. Dealer and head Acura person from out of area examined car, acknowledged paint defect and fade and offered extended warranty because they said they could not guarantee the red paint would match and my car may be 2 different color reds when done. Felt like I got the run around to stall. My warranty was going to run out soon and they kept putting me off, finally saying they were having a lot of problems getting me the extended warranty offered so they said they would paint part of the car-just what they advised against. Bad customer service. Breach of verbal contract in my opinion. Don't make promises you cannot honor. Acura needs to correct defective red paint that is reported on many automotive boards. Car has yet to be painted-very concerned this is going to mismatch like advised. Acrua has duty to correct defect. Garage kept and from the North not TX originally so sun is not an issue

    I recently visited Sterling McCall Acura just looking to possibly purchase a vechicle. I was greated by a young lady who introduced herself as Dee. I explained that I was just looking and did not want to be preasured. She was very courteous and she in turn told me that she had only started working there 3 weeks ago. Once I told her what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend she proceeded to check their inventory and actually found exactly what I was looking for. Since she was new she sought the help of one of her coworkers, a gentleman by the name of Darrell B. With his help we completed an effortless transaction. I Never felt pressured and was very pleased with the outcome. I love my new car and would send anyone that I know looking for a car to visit Sterling McCall Acura.

    Before I went today I had already contacted Mr Babineaux to tell him I was coming either Friday or Saturday. Well on the way to Sterling Mcall I was thinking its a pretty day. Hey if I do not get a car then at least I got out today! However, when I got there Mr Babineaux turned into Batman and started scrambling all around Sterling Mcall trying to get me into a car. Believe me there were a lot of Robins there too. By the time I left (with keys in my hand by the way) I felt like I was important(Beyoncé or Someone special)! Mr Babineaux went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited and explained everything to me. He made my visit one of the best I have ever experienced at a dealership! Thank you Mr. Babineaux!
