Very poor service Bogus price
Encontré el mismo carro en 2 diferentes website y cuándo llame me dijeron que el carro que encontré por 16 thousand valía 22 thousand fui a Houston después que me dijeron que fuera que tenian el carro disponible para mirarlo fui Houston no se si me escondieron el carro o no se buscaron buscaron y nunca encontraron el carro me regresé a Austin muy molesto es difícil confiar en alguien así.

Waste of time
Don McGill wasted our time... we called on the phone and asked for a tundra and they said it was in stock and we agree to the price. Freddie Martin knew the truck was sold already and was playing dumb to show us a different before he even showed the truck that we wanted... what a huge was of time at this dealership...

Questionable Honesty
I went there for an used Lexus. After test driving, the sales and I were talking about the cost because they suddenly added more than 2300 dollars of reconditioning fee, APEX, and other things on the top of the price, 27K, they advertised. The sales went back to ask his supervisor and kept me sitting in the showroom for 30 minutes. The sales came back without any conclusion but promised me that he would text me back the answer or the price we could work from. At the end, no text, and no nothing even after I texted back for updates. That sucks, and they suck.

Stay away!
Was working with them online. Had a quote on the exact same car/trim/features from another dealer about an hour away for $1,250 less because of the warranty and lifetime oil changes they offer. When I tried to meet them in the middle, they started countering back with higher prices. I had financing in hand and was looking to make a deal but they weren't serious, so I took my business elsewhere. The folks at Joe Meyers and Sterling McCall are way more professional and reasonable and recommend buyers to go there instead of Don McGill.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This by far is the worst experience I've ever had while attempting to buy a car. Not only was the car incorrectly advertised, it was also damaged. The salesman Fred was incompetent at best and insulting at worst. He instantly attempted to dismiss me informing him the car wasn't as listed (manual instead of automatic). Insinuating that the ad stated the car was damaged. He disappeared for such lengthy periods, I had to look for him to get any updates. I can't believe the disorganization, the lack of communication, the disrespect and the blatant disregard for my time that I experienced here..Oh, and I now have multiple inquiries on my credit report.

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from McGill Toyota...
I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from McGill Toyota on 11/12/19. The salesman Leandro Donoso, but the service after I choose the vehicle was not very good, he will not be returning calls or text, also by responding just one question out the 3 that I asked. I will ask again and he will not respond at all. The next day I had a screw on one of the tires and it was on the side so could not be repaired and I ask the Leandro what he can do for me on that tire since it was not repairable, he just help me to get a discount from 300 to $ 190 for the new tire, he said that was the best deal, because they were not charging me for labor. In finance was a bad experience with Karime Nava. I did not sign the contract loan until 12/14/19, because I told her that I will like to submit the information to my credit union in order to get a better interest than Toyota. Toyota offered me 5.90% with for 75 months, so my credit union ask me for the sales order which I ask Karime Nava multiple time and no answer, I also email her the addresses, and I text all the information, but she never did. I called and leave a massage and never respond until this day. Also try my sales guy and the same respond. So finally, I when back on the 14th and told her why she did not respond and her answer was she was busy, also told me that she tries some other banks for better rate but no luck. So, I decide to sing with Toyota and when she was doing the paperwork, she mentions by do way Toyota only does 72 moths so my payment when up about $40. After couple weeks later I still receiving letters from banks, at least 7-8 different banks and credit unions, these banks were running my credit, now my credit score when down 22 points in less than a month, all these mess up my credit, even do I sign the contract with Toyota On 11/14/19. Also before I was completing paperwork on the 14th I explained her that I was interested in the extended warranty and if I can get it later, she responded “yes”. After a week of trying to contact Karime Nava about the warranties by phone and text I had the same problem NOT answering my calls or text. Sonia Alonzo w/public relationship was the only person helping me, she when to finance and introduce me with Lupe Barrera in finance, but I ask NOT to talk to Karime Nava. Lupe Barrera and her boss were very kind and helpful after explain what I when true in sales and finance. They offer me the warranty on wheels and tires. The finance and sales personal never told me that I have to get a life warranty certificate on the powertrain and oil change. I still send another client to my sales guy and HE SOLD the car, I had a 3rd person interested, but I had to tell him to go to another dealer, because the service was horrible. 2 weeks later my stereo started having problems turning off and on, took the highlander back to the dealer on Tuesday 12/3/19 morning by the afternoon they call me to pick the highlander, they told me that they will order a new radio and it will take 2-3 weeks, so I told service that it was unacceptable. 43K vehicle and I have to be driving with no radio?!. I ask my sales guy for a loaner and he told me that it will take 7 day to get one, I was already without car for 2 days finally Thursday 12/5/19 for the loaner. On 12/6/19 my car was read, they changed the radio radio, pick it up and leaving the dealer the problem persist, so I took it back. Saturday dealer call me saying that it was my iPhone and not the radio. They reset my phone and when Flame was showing me all the equipment in my car, since the sales guy did not show me all the details on it, the radio when off again, so they change some cables that night and still had the problem. I left the car until Tuesday 12/10/19 Flame reset my phone again and delete some stuff from my phone and watch. So far is been 3 days and nothing happen YET. I have a road trip coming next week I hope does not happen on my trip. since the problem show off until 2 weeks late after a bought my car. LUPE BARRERA AND SONIA ALONZO were above and beyond while helping me. Thank you.

Worst service ever
Took 4 hours to change oil and rotate tires on my RAV4, they came with my battery was in good conditions but it die 6 days after. Employees there treat you like trash

Dishonest
I submitted inquiry in the moring and I got multiple emails stating the vehicle is in stock and ready to go. When I called and asked for it. First I was told the vehicle was in the shop and getting ready. Later of the day, I went and asked to see the vehicle, then somehow they found out the truck was still in transit and will not arrive for the next couple days. You think that's all the surpirse I got? No! They even increased the price! They will not even honor the price that I had printed out! It was plain waste of time dealing with them.

Bad service oil change information at front desk
I go in for an oil change and asked the how long will it take? Answer, 3 hours! What? So, still needed it so went to sit and wait, so it was ready in 55 mins! They almost lost a customer! And have lost tons more! What a turn off and I was never greeted nor acknowledged.
