This place is wonderful. Incredibly nice staff and I found exactly what I was looking for! As if that were not enough, they provide cars for families in... need in our community. I am so thankful to have found this place. I would highly recommend Providence to anyone!
This is the second car I have purchased from Providence Auto. They are extremely friendly, courteous and there is no sales pressure. Cars are reasonably... priced and there is no haggling. Plus a percentage of the proceeds goes to giving cars away to needy families. Highly recommended!
I Love everything about this dealership. Providence has excellent morals and I'm in love with their give initiative. The customer service was superb.
Providence Auto Group is the place to buy from. Simon and his team are very honest people and did a excellent job on helping us find the right SUV for... our family. Me and my wife are very happy with our purchase. This is our second vehicle we purchase from Simon and it's always been a excellent job well done. I highly recommend Providence Auto Group to anyone.
Drove 3 hours to look at car after emailing back and forth with salesman the car was scratched up every where and smelled like a dog had been living in... it
The only issue I had was when they told me my car would be done by Friday but i'm not going to get it until Tuesday. They told me another professional... needed to look at.
One of the best dealerships I've ever been to. They work hard as possible to satisfy your needs.
I would definitely buy from them again. Gabriel was very nice and not pushy at all. He made buying a car easy. As a bonus I think it is awesome that they... give a portion of sales to 3 different non profit organizations.
Hands down the FASTEST, EASIEST car buying service EVER. We are second time customers with Providence. A number of people highly recommended them when... we were in the market for a car last year. We were looking at several different online sites/car lots and having some negative, frustrating, time wasting experiences. When people suggested Providence, we went online and found the car we were looking for (A Camry), and decided to go and test drive it. I liked that there was a company that did a complete assessment of the vehicle, I knew where it came from and how many owners there were previously. I knew the amount they paid and the selling price (no haggle pricing), which was still well below the blue book suggested sales price- A Good Deal! It was easy to get there, quickly were in the car and driving it, put down a down-payment and were out the door, with the car in about 90 minutes. I love the fact that they support three ministries, donating a portion of every sale. I had an unfortunate accident on Halloween, while exiting I-24. My good and faithful steed- a 16 year old Toyota Sienna van was wrecked. It was such a good running van. It had been paid for, for years, and I intended on keeping it until it didn't run any longer. I was super sad that I was going to be forced to buy a new vehicle. I didn't want a car payment, and really just wanted the same vehicle (perhaps a bit newer). When I got home we looked at the Providence website and within a couple of minutes found EXACTLY what I was looking for. My husband sent an email, saying we'd be there for a test drive in the morning. When we arrived we were met at the door and were shown the van and told all about it and were on our test drive within a short time. It was exactly as shown on the site. We had all of the paperwork done, and driving off the lot in an hour. Don't hesitate to buy a car here- GOOD People, Honest, Caring, Well-Priced, Quality Cars. No Pressure at all.
After going with a friend to purchase his car a little over a year ago I said my next car would come from PAG. Friday I was able to make true on that... promise. I worked with Gabe on a Lexus IS that sold before I could get there but Friday I spotted a Lexus CT and we were able to make it happen. PAG's transparent pricing takes the stressful haggling out of car buying. We did negotiate the price of my trade in but again it was very transparent and very fair. They also managed to win over my father-in-law who is an avid car buyer. The idea of not needing to negotiate a price (because they had the lowest between Atlanta and Nashville) was completely foreign to him. Gabe and Braden were welcoming and spent time getting to know him even though they knew he wasn't buying. On top of their ethical business practices, they pay forward their rewards and help a number of non-profits. PAG uses a human centered business practice by being less concerned with making as much profit as possibly but instead by making enough to pay the bills, give the customer a good deal, and helping the community.
