Easy, professional user car deal
JEFF MAYER -- worked with Jeff on a used car deal for a 2011 Toyota Rav4 which was on their lot. Jeff was extremely responsive, pleasant, and professional throughout the transaction. He got right back to me on questions as they came up, and went the big "extra mile" by arranging to have a dealership driver take the car to my trusted local mechanic to give it a once-over before we finalized the sale. He could not have been more accommodating. The whole process was very easy and I would highly recommend Jeff and All American Ford.

Convenient and Friendly Service
I was able to make an appointment on Friday for Saturday morning at a time that was very convenient for me. I was greeted by the man doing the oil changes in the Quick Lane in a very friendly manner and he gave me explicit instructions on where to park, where to go and who to see in order to check in. I love the free popcorn, water and WiFi in the waiting room!

Friendly and helpful service advisors
Service rep "Guy" was very attentive, friendly and helpful. He was willing to fix a minor issue on the spot but as it turned out there was more to it which indicated a service call was necessary. I appreciate his willingness to help.

Always a Great Experience
This the 4th car I purchased from Jeff Mayer. He is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He goes above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that I want and can afford. F150 Lariat 2015
I've been searching for an F-150 Lariat for a while now. When I search for a car or truck I research and negotiate with several different dealerships. My experience and service with Andrew Hughes at All-American Ford in Kingston New York was by far the best. This was the fastest and easiest deal I have ever made. I walked in at 9 a.m., shook Andrews hand at that moment and then again an hour later after we searched the lot and found an F150 Lariat model with all of the bells and whistles I was looking for; at a more than affordable price. I can't speak highly enough about Andrew and the rest of the personnel at the All- American Ford dealership. They were able to do what 7 other dealerships couldn't. As a result, I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking for a Ford.

speedy transaction, excellent staff
The staff here was excellent. This dealership was flexible, willing to work on a car purchase first by phone and email before I came into the dealership to complete the purchase, which was a considerable distance from us. The dealership's response to my initial inquiry was prompt, and subsequent dealings were quick and friendly. My contact with all of the staff was pleasant, from Shaylynn who first greeted me on the phone, to Carter and Jeff who handled the sale, and to Lou who we ended with to wrap up with our payment and document signing. I drove home the vehicle we had worked on together today and am happy our family has the vehicle we selected from All American Ford Kingston.
