I recently purchased a vehicle fro. Romeo Ford of King. My experience with my salesman Don and finance officer Dustin was pure pleasure and i would highly recommend both Don and Dustin to anyone seeking a professional experience.

Went in to look for a car and left same day with one. Liz was professional, friendly, and the whole process of buying a car was made easy. Had my truck serviced last april of this year. They didnt do a good job on the service. Lost a tire and got into an accident. They are solely at fault for the accident and responsible for the damages done to it. Since then they only fixed what they messed up. Still more damage and been avoiding me since. Now i purchased a truck them them 2019 and bought an extended warranty the truck which will cover up to 150 thousand miles. Now my transmission goes and now they tell me it expired last year. Even though it was signed and dealed thru the contract of sale. Now im not too happy abt this and getting tired of their games and lies. Ripping people off for their own gain. They are not a dealership. A bunch of con artist in one facility

Had a great experience with Shay on all aspects of trading in my current Ford for my new one. Before coming in she was very helpful in finding out what I was looking for over the phone and had vehicle options available with what I was looking for as soon as I got here. Pleasant, not pushy, great sense of humor. Ask for Jade for a great experience! The entire staff was helpful, pleasant, and professional!!
