FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT!!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!! This review should be 0 stars as the owners of this place are scam artists and are in the business of creating fraudulent paperwork to oversell their products. I purchased a vehicle here in December of 2019 as well as a 5 year/100,000 mile extended vehicle warranty ($4000 extra). Fast forward to 3/4/21. I take my vehicle to the MB dealership to get regular maintenance to find that my timing covers were leaking oil. Ok no problem, I have the extended warranty and based on the criteria of the repairs, it will be covered under that said warranty. The dealership calls in the claim to the warranty company to find the warranty is not valid because this company (ABS) never funded it. I call the warranty company myself to be told the original dealership (ABS) never purchased the warranty. YES THEY CHARGED ME $4000, CREATED FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK, AND NEVER PURCHASED THE WARRANTY. I then called to the dealership to try to get to the bottom of it, only to be told I needed to speak to the owner James. I made contact with him that same day, 3/5, he asked that I text him all of my information, and he advised he would return my call the next day. Saturday. By Monday, I did not receive that call and called again to leave a message. No answer, no return phone call. I called again the next day, and text, no answer. On Tuesday, 3/9, I got my partner to call and speak to him. Of course he answered immediately. He buttered him up and told him how he would take care of his customer and he’ll make it right etc. At this point, my truck has been in the shop for 4 days and repairs that should have been covered under this warranty in the amount of $2400 were performed. I need my car. The repairs were completed and I received a bill for $2400. James also asked that we send him a copy of the repairs that were done at the MB dealership and he’d see what he could do to make it right. We text him screenshots of the repair bill and confirmation of payment. Crickets. Called the next day to confirm receipt and discuss further, no answer. Fast forward to Monday 3/15, I reached out again via phone and text to ask about status of the warranty issue and the now $2400 that I had to pay out of pocket to fix the leaking oil. No answer. No response. My partner reached out,l via phone and text, no answer, no response! This dealership and it’s owner have created fraudulent paperwork to make it appear as it I had a warranty, charged me for it, and have failed to uphold their financial obligation as it applies to this said extended warranty that I purchased from them. They’ll be hearing from my lawyer, because this is more then ridiculous. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, UNLESS YOU ALSO WANT THEM TO DEFRAUD YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THEY NEVER INTEND TO PROVIDE!

Best service from my salesman Mason. He took me out in a 2017 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and really showed me how much power the beauty has.. he also bought my wife and I lunch. Out of all the dealerships I have been to. Mason gave me the best customer service and now I have a new Porsche!

Misrepresentation

They do not accurately represent anything about the cars they are selling. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. 0 out of 5.

Careless, reckless, unprofessional.

I spoke with Eddie in sales 3 times the week of my visit to purchase a RAM cargo van, the last time 2 hours before I left from my home 70 miles away. When I arrived, he left to retrieve the van. One hour later he appeared with another customer's vehicle. When I asked him about my van, he apologized, left for the sales room -- which is actually a cramped space in an industrial park -- and returned 20 minutes later announcing they did not have my vehicle, which had been listed on their website for weeks. He showed me another vehicle, which would not start and which he could not start with a portable battery. There are too many good dealerships in the MD-VA area to justify such a waste of time.

My visit to ABS was outstanding, everyone was Great, James, Jake, and Eli was very helpful! I'm going to recommend Family and Friends to checkout them out when there shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks Guys!

Great cars
