    I looked at multiple dealerships via the internet. Dave Popejoy's attention to detail and follow up were outstanding. We were able to work out a deal that made sense for both of us and I bought the Four Runner. I had already been approved for my loan via USAA, however, Dave asked for an opportunity to see if they could beat the rate. I agreed and was passed to Ryan O'Neal for financing. I have great credit so I was not expecting Ryan to do better than USAA. He was able to shave off .26. While it is only a five dollar difference, five bucks over sixty months is $300. Ryan was efficient and professional. I also briefly spoke with the manager, Tony, during the sales process. Again, ultra professional and helpful. I would give these three five stars. I don't give them very often, however, they earned them. Thanks guys!

    I would never bring my car here again for service. Every time I bring it here I have problems with the service. A week after I bought the car the trunk ECU went out and they wanted me to leave my car over night because they had stuff pulled apart. They did not want to give me a rental on their dime until after I had talked to the manager. Now after a recall came out on the trunk ECU I got it replaced again and also had some other service done on my vehicle. The guy told me it would be 1.5 hrs for everything. After spending 2.5 hrs in the waiting area I went up to ask about where my car was. They said it was still being worked on and would be an other hour. Then after I complained to the manager all of a sudden it would be done in 10 minutes. This is weird to me. Sure enough when I left there is screws rattling around in my trunk. Now when I open my trunk you can still hear the screws. I will never bring my car back to this dealership for any sort of work and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I had electrical problems with both of my Prius hybrids. Service Manager Chris Rodriguez did an excellent job fitting me in during the busy Christmas week, keeping me updated, and getting my cars back to me timely. I appreciated his help with getting a better price for the costly repair, getting recalls fixed, and the complimentary car wash.
