Easy and Speedy purchase process

Good customer service, very speedy purchase process. Found a car online but it was already being test driven when we arrived. They had another car which they were able to offer, it was a little more however but that was understandable.

I gave this dealership a 1 not because of the Sales

I gave this dealership a 1 not because of the Sales person Jerry, because he was awesome, but because of the Finance Manager I closed my deal with Efrain Portillo. I had a friendly & excellent sales person, Jerry, but when it got to closing the deal my finance manger was horrible. Efrain is lazy and does not do his job. I left the car lot about 3 weeks ago in my awesome new ride only to be contacted by the bank I financed through saying they were missing lots of vital information in my file. I called the dealership immediately to see what happened only to get voicemail after voicemail and no results. About 3 days later Efrain returns my call and when I called him back on my break at work I got no response. I had to send the bank all the vital documents that the dealership had, but hadn't sent over. Now 3 weeks later I'm still dealing with issues and Efrain now returns my calls with an attitude and never taking ownership of his lack of work ethic and his failure to send over documents. When he did finally send over my file there were gross mistakes that yet again cost me more time out of my day trying to fix with bank. Overall this experience has been the worst and instead of enjoying my new purchase, I have been playing phone tag with the bank and finance company :(

Thanks for waisting my time

So there is a Jeep I saw Sunday on the internet. I know the dealership is closed on Sundays but I filled out the request form for more information. Within an hour I get a response from Issac advising that the Jeep was still available. I text saying that I would like to see it either tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday. He's text that would be fine just to let him know when I was on my way so he could get it ready for my arrival. Now Monday morning comes I clear my schedule and text Issac letting him know that I was on my way. OK great he says no problem see ya soon. So I get to the dealership and he is pulling it around. We introduce ourselves so far so good. I start giving it a good once over. During which time he goes inside. When I'm done looking Issac comes out and says "I'm sorry but the Jeep sold last Friday and they didn't put a sign on it". Well thanks for nothing! And here we are Tuesday evening and the Jeep is still on the website advertised as being for sale. Ya'll wasted my time and my gas.

Unhappy ☹

Arrived for my oil change appointment 15 mins early. The rep dealing with me saw that the car was taken a little ahead of time. Asked him to give me a quote on 4 tires for my SUV which he did. Mentioned I would need to get a few more quotes on different tires but would hope to purchase in the next couple of weeks. I had been waiting about an hour and 20mins when he returned and told me the technician had popped my tire putting it on the rack. I was placed in the position that I had to choose one of the options there and then. My 1st choice they didn't have so had to go for the 2nd.(Couldn't go around with my donut tire as I travel all over town and couldn't risk being stranded without a spare), especially as my husband was abroad at the time. When asked what it would cost for the other 3 they said the same as if I purchased 4. I just said go ahead with the one. Pretty upset as I know waited another hour and a half. Then had to dash to a lesson that I was due to give in 18 mins. Very disappointing.

Do not trust the service department

The worst service experience ever. I had a service rep. Gonzalo Gomez. Who could have sped up my road hazard coverage that I purchased but he didn’t tell them the truth of what they told me. So now I will be going to another Nissan to get my Nissan Rogue 2021 back wheels replaced because they said they got bent. For me to get a rental Gonzalo held up the process by telling them That the tires were leaking air. When the service technician showed me the bent on the wheels. However I didn’t hit anything. But I don’t trust these people to touch my car anymore and I will take it to another dealer and let them take care of my car using my road hazard that I purchased. Please take your own pictures and when your car goes in the back request to go so you can watch them. So nothing is destroyed and you get blame for it when you didn’t and don’t know. I feel like they are doing things to get money if one purchase extra warranty like I did. So I am going somewhere else so they won’t get paid for anything done on my car.

If I could put a 0 star review I would do it in a heartbeat. The way I have been treated by this dealership has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I got a used car from this place, a car which seems like they never actually looked at as far as detail or mechanic work. I got this vehicle almost a month now & I’ve had multiple issues with it. Issues that they said they were able to do for free. Bull****. I had to pay out of pocket for everything. Maintenance, the free tint they promised to a messed up part in my car. That’s with me having extended warranty on it. I was told from people not to get the car but because this is the car I always wanted I went for it. But xxxx was I a fool. The sales person pressured me every single time I kept wanting to leave. When I took it to get serviced a couple days ago they looked at me crazy saying if I had got the vehicle from here. They told me my car seemed fine there’s nothing wrong with it. Took it to a dealer where the vehicle is made from & they were able to figure out what was wrong with it. This whole experience has been horrible. I spoke with management still haven’t heard back. It seems like no one really cares here. Only out to get peoples money & make that xxxx sale. I can honestly say I was scammed & now I’m left with this.

2 years with the car 4 exact same problems resulting in...

2 years with the car 4 exact same problems resulting in no rental and can care less how we get my 9 year old to school,how we get to work, how long it’s gonna take to get fixed. 581.79 plus insurance,rent,food,lights, you know..Real life.& they refused to fix it til I showed the mechanical failure contract. Now refuse to assist with a loaner or help with a rental period and this is completely,solely their fault. 4 times same issue remember. The time before this is was gone for almost 2 months. So be careful where you buy your car from, they might help get you out of there and smile in your face, but when you have a REAL problem, and it’s their fault.You are on your own..Which u stand to lose everything you have worked so hard for. And they can care less.PLEASE BE CAREFUL YALL..

I love the car I bought, but the salesman was very pushy...

I love the car I bought, but the salesman was very pushy to get me to finance with them even though I had my own financing. After I kept refusing their financing he became angry and very short with me. I just got my car and left figuring I would never go there again. Also, I bought my car in May and still have no license in October. I have to keep asking for a new temporary plate. I filed a complaint about this, but am still waiting for my plates. Hopefully the call I made today will result in my plates. Fingers crossed. The finance guy Brent Maxwell was nice though.
