“I just want to say, if you’re in the market for a dodge

“I just want to say, if you’re in the market for a dodge vehicle or any other vehicles and happen to stumble upon this dealership run! They’re so disgustingly unprofessional and rude.. and im just being nice. I brought my car there for a transmission issue. It took them 2 MONTHS and a half just for them to tell me they couldn’t fix my car after I had called them several times and was told my car couldn’t be found in the system. Definitely the worst experience Ive had with any dealership and not only will i never go back there but i will make sure nobody I know will ever go there either.”

No plates after 5 months

I have never been so let down by a car company in my entire life. The vehicle purchased in my name never received license plates and I was told lies about where my license plates were for 5 months. Then after 5 months the lady in charge of title loans sent a message to the front desk person to tell me over the phone that she wasn't going to help me and didn't care what happened with my vehicle if I got pulled over. I was told by some of the sales people that this happens to a lot of customers here they keep going back for months trying to get their plates or Temporary plates. They do their best to get your business to then treat you like you don't matter. I went searching courthouses like they told me to and asked if possible if they could give a temporary plate which they refused literally telling me that they weren't going to help. I bought this vehicle from them and I was being forced to ride around with an expired tag. I will have to contact my lawyers now but I've been extremely patient with this company but they have such evil people behind their business that I am warning people to stay away from them.

Dishonest. Find a different dealer.

Dishonest dealership. purchased a 2022 TRX. Carfax showed a wreck with 3 miles. salesman assured me there was no paint work done and they only replaced the rear bumper. went through with the deal and traded in my truck. I requested to see the body shop receipt of the repairs when I went to pick up the truck the next day. At that time they said the vehicle had been fixed by the previous owner and they didn't know what happened. when I showed the sales manager at Gulf Gate they owned the truck when it was wrecked they changed their tune. He finally showed me a picture of the wreck and the entire drivers side bed was crushed. The whole side of the bed was replaced along with the bumper and tailgate. On top of this they sold me an extended warranty on the truck then told me it was a mistake. they can't sell extended warranties on a TRX. then today I received a certified letter stating the truck was impounded. I guess the dealer never took my name off the title last year when I filled out my paperwork. Run from this dealer. They are very dishonest.

Hidden Fee of $3K

All cars (new and used) includes $3K worth of mandatory add-ons - things like nitrogen gas for tires, etc. Dealer did a bait and switch. Baited me in from an hour away with the promise of internet price. When I came told me I must pay $3K extra for dealer add-ons. The internet price is okay, but with dealer add-ons, it's very expensive.

I love my 2022 Dodge Durango, but the customer service is

I love my 2022 Dodge Durango, but the customer service is horrible. I purchased my vehicle in December 2022 and have been trying to get my second key from the dealership still. I will not return or recommend anyone to this dealership!

Beware, beware, beware!

Beware, beware, beware! I test drove and purchesed a used 2016 Kia Cadenza on 08/17/23. The vehicle's odometer had just over 70,000 miles. Today is 09/20/23 and the odometer has not reached 72,000 miles. This car is dealership-financed and because I was not financially able to include a 2-year warranty, I was given a 2-month warranty. I was told by the floor manager/sales person (GHT) the car was put through their 126 point inspection. In the short time I have had this vehicle, I personally have had to buy radiator fluid twice to fill up the car. Whenever I run the air conditioner (on the lowest setting), every 3 days the reservoir is dry and the you can't see fluid in the radiator. I have taken this car back to the store and the service department has said they don't find any problems, including no leaks in hoses. You can actually see where fluid has leaked on the ground and I'm not talking about normal condensation. When my warranty runs out, I will be stuck trying to pay someone credible to fix my car and this is going to be a major problem. Mind you, I haven't had the car two full months yet and already I'm having problems. You would think that a 126-point inspection would have picked up on the problem. Where is the fluid going so fast? In the engine? I am VERY dissatisfied and disgusted. I seriously doubt that I will recommend this business to anyone in the future, unless this the issue is rectified soon.

I am unsure how they have before star rating.

I am unsure how they have before star rating. I was told I was approved they asked for the down payment tell me the finance guy had just left but to take the car come back and sign I had to get insurance on the car which cost me $350. When I went back to sign the papers I was told my credit rating dropped overnight and I was told I couldn't buy the car I just put $40 worth of gas in it and then just paid for the insurance on it so I was left with no car no money for insurance and it was very humiliating I think it was unprofessional for them to say I was approved and then come back and say I wasn't who get takes a down payment from someone who's not approved and tell them to get the insurance they're taking the car who does that this dealership is not a good place at all and Jr the salesman I had was very unimpressive as he's the one that said I was approved and tell me that the finance guy had to leave on an emergency but that it was my car I was approved and just come back and sign the papers so all they did was lie to me and waste my time very impressional
