Worse experience at a service department.
Worse experience at a service department. This is 4th or 5th time in for the same thing. Computer issues. First time they said computer had to be replaced with their cost going to be well over $7000, then next day they said it only needed an update. It's the same problem over and over. All the computer. They had my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit for 2 weeks last time and the day we picked it up....still same thing. We were not provided a rental. Now they've had it since Monday and supposedly can't find anything wrong. It's obvious it's the computer. I'm livid and I guess I will have to get an attorney involved!

Never taking a car back here worse dealership in Houston, I took my jeep trackhawk for a diagnostic so I had to wait 2 days but didn’t feel right so I came the next day and Johny had me wait a whole hour just to coke and tell me they can’t locate my vehicle on there property so I asked for cameras and some excuse there cameras were down, you would hope to have the most best care at a delership but was wrong bringing it here, there insurance didn’t want to payout or do anything because it wasn’t there fault when I left it in there care and mr Davis the owner and general manager there didn’t care to help, just bad service and all here.

I would highly recommend Gulfgate Dodge Services department. I live in Las Vegas, NV my grandson a college student in Houston had issues with his Jeep. I was very worried about this situation until I spoke with Ron G. in the services department... His professionalisms, knowledge of his job and his reassurance eased my worries and concerns. He kept me in the loop each day and he worked very closely with the warranty company... He's an employee that cares about customers and is definitely a keeper. Once again thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Gulfgate Dodge Services Department… I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, my Grandson is a College Student in Houston, TX and was having issues with his Jeep check engine light. I was very worried about this situation until I spoke with Ron G. in the services department. His professionalisms, knowledge of his job and reassurance eased my worries and concerns immediately. Ron kept me in the loop each day, and worked very closely with the warranty company….. Ron is an employee that cares about customers and their well-being. Ron is definitely a keeper, please recognize his excellent customer services. Once again thank you!!!
I took my truck for a diagnosis on 6/13/22 due to a check
I took my truck for a diagnosis on 6/13/22 due to a check engine light and clicking noise. Johnny called me 6/15/22 to let me know about the tailgate latch recall and will be fixed for free, but techs couldn't open tailgate, so couldn't fix it. Johnny called me on 6/22/22 that my truck had a severe oil leak, but the Warranty company still wanted an extensive diagnosis, which would take another few days. Johnny called me 6/23/22 that the warranty company approved the oil leak, but still NOT certain if that is making the clicking noise, and would let me know when the oil leak is fixed. I spoke to Dalton in Service on 7/6/22 and system was showing Tech waiting on approval, but truck will be ready no later than 7/8/22. I received a voicemail from Johnny on 7/7/22 and 7/8/22 that my truck was ready for pick up. I went to the dealership to pick up my truck on 7/8/22, but Patsy said the name in their system and paperwork didn't have my name on it, so she couldn't release my truck to me. My truck is registered under my name and the warranty is under my name, so why their system was showing something different is beyond me. Luis the "manager" got involved and now he's telling me that he's not releasing my truck to me because the warranty company has not paid their share. I called the warranty company on 7/11/22 and they barely received the claim on 7/9/22 and now just waiting on someone from the dealership to call them for payment over the phone. I'm now waiting for a call back! This has been so frustrating and the worst customer service ever!
The salesman Jeffrey and sales manager are both
The salesman Jeffrey and sales manager are both dishonest. Was quoted from their bdc agent their lowest price, and after driving 3 hours the sales manager tried to mark it up $13,000 from her price which was $10,000 over MSRP. Overall horrible experience and do NOT recommend anyone to waste their time with this dealership.

Beware we made a 5 hrs trip to see and test drive a specific car. We made an appointment. When we arrived we were told they didn't even have that specific car on lot. What a shady dealership! What a waste of our time and gas!!
Not at all happy with the service we got. They did not want to work with us. We ended up going to another dealership down the road. They marked up the scat pack charger in their showroom, because it sold fast.

We were interested in the scat pack charger they had in the showroom. My wife and I could either go with cash or trade in our vehicle. They had a $12,000 mark up on the vehicle if traded our vehicle! The salesperson person said the scat pack was a sought after vehicle and they sold like hot cakes. The salesperson did not want to work with us and we had good credit with a pre approval with Chrysler Finance! We ended going down the road to the other dealership, who gave a great deal with the vehicle my Wife liked. We will never do business there! I still see they have that vehicle still for sale. Watch out for their mark ups!
