I have had several services on my vehicle with which I have been mostly happy with it. In the past three years there have been several service techs to... help me so far the techs that have worked the longest and know what they need to do in the job they have Josh and Kyle have an awsome personality and knowledge for this area. dewayne and james who are techs in back are also pretty knowledgable and easy to talk to about any issues i might have had after work was complete.
While the wait was long the customer service by Josh Lopez was great W will be back for more!!
This visit was a breath of fresh air, in the past I have had bad service and stopped buying cars from Mike Brown's dealership, however that will be changing... based on my latest experience. Josh Lopez (service advisor) was outstanding. MB dealership addressed the problems they had and fixed the problem. Good job!
Josh did a real good job. We are very pleased. Josh did a great job for us. We are very pleased with the service we received. He even corrected information... in the computer that was previously updated incorrectly.

Josh Lopez is a heck of a service writer and quickly took care of my couple of small warranty items and some minor recalls. They had the parts in stock... and got-er done in a few hours
Josh was fantastic. I stopped by on short notice, right before closing, due to an issue with the battery dying. He took the Jeep and tested the battery... himself. Informed me battery was bad and immediately arranged replacement. All in, less than half hour. Fantastic service. Definitely would recommend to others. Talk to Josh!
This Place was awesome! The service manager, Andrew Zeleniak, was very knowledgeable in assisting us on June 3, 2016. We had been offered a superior deal... when it came to providing me Dana Blakeley) and my common law husband, ( Ken G.) when we had to obtain an oil change on our 2005 Chrysler Town and Country LX. We think he and his employees @ Mike Brown in Granbury Texas knew how to meet our current service needs. If you would like to know great customer service, please give Mike Brown Chrysler, Doge a try.
