Absolutely top notch customer service, professional demeanor, and quality vehicles. Found a gem of a Land Rover truck here that I had been looking for all over the area, but like most Seattle/Tacoma used car dealerships, they were all beat up. Not here, the quality of All American Motors vehicles is second to none. Brandon was great to work with, he made it happen for me, was extremely transparent to what they did to the truck, and what they wanted to get out of it. This leads me to another point, their vehicles are all vetted with a safety check and immediate addressing of maintenance needs, unlike most straight from the auction used car lots. In this time of COVID, I noticed scrubbing down of cars before delivery and test drive, everything was very clean in the facilities, and everyone was wearing PPE. I have never felt this comfortable in ANY car dealership. You can be assured that you will find the car or truck that you are looking for at a good price, and in a very clean, professional atmosphere at All American Motors! Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

I was impressed with American Motors, to be honest at first I was sure if I wanted to deal with them, it was hard getting into their parking lot and the salesperson I was suppose to talk with was busy, so I was introduced to Austin and he understood what I wanted to do and looking for. After couple hours we had a deal on a 2018 Chevy. Austin and the others there are great, they do listen, they understand. I'm for sure happy with them and I do recommend them for use trucks or cars, I feel you wont go wrong. Try them out, I think you'll be happy, I was.

Went and looked at a Gmc duramax, Ron helped us and was he awesome! Treated us with the up most respect. We're always treated like family. I believe this is our 4th vehicle we've bought here. Definitely recommend!!

Maurizio Treated me with respect and did not try to fast talk me or try and take advantage of me. Very curtious and helpful on the lot and on test drives. DJ spent some time looking for a place that would finance me (bad credit) without xxxxxx me on interest and a lower down payment. The three vehicles I looked at all matched Kelly Blue Book price and that was nice.
