Went to several dealerships before my purchase. Best BMW dealership in St. Louis! Salesman was Mike Kuhlmann, he was wonderful...honest and was not hard selling. This was my first car purchase without a male and I was a bit nervous...why did I wait so long?! I won't buy another car from another dealership and Mike will definitely have a repeat customer,

Veronica was very patient and helpful, and allowed us to take two vehicles home for the night to try them out before we decided on one. They even transferred the vehcile we ended up buying - a 2016 Mazda 6 - from another dealership for us. Craig Suntrup and the rest of his team were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful, even with us buying a non BMW used vehicle. Brandon, our salesman was not only professional but went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He even stayed late to help detail our vehicle to have it ready earlier than was promised.

We bought a used BMW from this dealership 952 miles away from home and it could not have been easier. We decided to come to this dealership because of the price and quality of the vehicle we bought, but will keep coming back because of Adam and Steven. Both of these amazing humans made this very important purchase a breeze. Adam took a million pictures and answered my billions of questions to make buying a car remotely and unseen easier and more with more confidence. Steven made the financial part of the deal just as pain free. He shipped all my documents straight to my apartment, guided me through the process and explained each piece of paper. He even suggested places to go to eat and visit during our 15 hour drive home when we were picking up our vehicle. The only thing difficult about the entire process was deciding who we liked more, Adam or Steven... we are still undecided.

I wanted to test drive a 2019 BMW X3. Veronica Tran warmly greeted me soon after I entered the dealership. She did a great job of explaining the features of the X3. Soon thereafter she took me to a white X3 on the lot, explained the car in more detail, including the instruments. We then went on a test drive and even went to my nearby house where my wife also took a test drive. Ms. Tran was superb in describing the excellent X3. We both liked her, and her explanations and information.
