    The service reps and work was fine. Had a 10:00 am appointment for oil change and left at 2:55. Understaffed? Overbooked? Hard to understand why it took... 5 hours for an oil change that I booked an appointment for. But since there were others who were also waiting for many hours with us, we now have new friends.

    I had made an appointment for today, but they did not have me listed. Still they got me in fairly soon. The service advisor, Sommer, did a great job. ... A few days ago, I was very dissatisfied with the service department. Over the last five years, I bought three new CRV’s from your dealership. Until recently I would’ve given the service department five out of five stars. Week before last, I called at least three times to find out how to get the low tire pressure warning light off of my dash. I was put on hold at least two times, and left hanging, before finally somebody came back and asked me to leave my name and number, and said I would get a call back. I never got that call. I called back later to ask how to get the warning sign off my dash, and they told me that there was nobody there who could do it and that I would have to make an appointment to go into the dealership to have it taken off. That seemed very ridiculous to me. Sommer showed me how to do it today. It was obviously very simple. Why couldn’t someone have explained that to me over the phone in the three or four times that I called? Based on that, I would say your service department is in need of lots of improvement.
