Disappointed by incompetence

I called Brian in parts and asked about front recovery hooks on my 2021 Yukon Denali. Brian told me he had the part in stock and I even asked him 3 times to make sure and he told me that he indeed had the part. So I took off an hour early and then waited an hour in the waiting room only for them to tell me that the vehicle was not equipped to accept front hooks.

I went in to Suburban Cadillac of Costa Mesa, CA to

I went in to Suburban Cadillac of Costa Mesa, CA to purchase the XT5 I had been leasing through GM Financial, which was at its lease termination with option to purchase at set/fixed price. Intention was to do this as a cash purchase - a seemingly very straightforward purchase of what was virtually my own vehicle anyway. As part of finalizing the paperwork, Suburban Cadillac insisted that I had to pay $995 for a safety inspection of my vehicle. After much back and forth with Suburban, and as they would not shift away from this, I finally relented, just to move on with things. Astoundingly (or maybe not, in hindsight), Suburban never performed any safety inspection, never provided any safety report/recommendation, etc. No one from Suburban ever had the keys to the car, didn't take it into the shop, didn't look under the vehicle, didn't open the hood, etc. Basically, the $995 'safety inspection' was just a farce, really more like a fraud. Just a way to extort money from customers, while providing no added-value and no added-service. I would strongly advise folks to avoid this dealership, or proceed with Suburban only with great caution and skepticism. Suburban Cadillac does not appear to be a trustworthy or ethical dealership - to say the least.

My family and I had visited the dealership regarding a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that had been advertised. Unfortunately, the car had been sold. But the salesperson answered several questions I had regarding the used car market which was very informative and appreciated.

Drove 11 hours to find out the Vehicle was misrepr

Very disappointed! Me, my wife and our 2 year old drove 5 and a half hours to purchase a vehicle after many phone calls and much time on the phone. Only to find out when we arrived the vehicle was not in as good of shape we were led to believe. The mileage had also been tampered with. So needless to say the three of us drove home 6 hours empty handed. Very disappointed! Never again! I don’t recommend!

Would not recommend

Horrible customer service. Spoke to two different people but one of managers was the worse. I gave the dealer and read their horrible reviews after the fact. Stay away. They are crooks and greedy.

In and out in 45 minutes

Appointment at 7:30 for oil change and tire rotation. My truck was serviced, washed, and ready for me at 8:15am. This place is great. Waiting area is A with free drinks and snacks and the place is spotless.

Service was very quick. Waiting area is awesome with free drinks and snacks. The place is very clean and comfortable. Took only 45 minutes for oil and tire rotation and that included a free car wash.

Unethical dealer, did not keep promises, pads sales prices

Unethical dealer, misrepresented vehicle, did not keep promises and tries to pad deals with dealer add-ons. The epitome of a bad car dealer. Went to purchase a used truck from them, agreed on a price over the phone, was told they would deliver the vehicle to us. First quote comes to us and its padded with glass etching and other items not even on the truck. Then after being forced to come to the dealer the truck wasn't ready and had damages and missing features from the listing. Finally when trying to buy the car forced to wait 1.5 hours for the finance guy. Even after all that they wouldn't pay the $25 uber fare for us coming to the dealer a 2nd time. Ultimate pettiness and bad customer service.

5 Star Dealership

They took care of my wife and I during the whole process. We were in the market for an SUV and Jay showed us what Buick GMC and Cadillac. We ended up purchasing a GMC Terrain, it was exactly what we needed for the family. Beautiful facility and they provided us with 5 star service from beginning to end.
