    I had great service from Delvon. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot and his honesty about the vehicles is superb. Who wants a salesman who will lie to you just to get a sale? He was fantastic. Mrs. Brown was wonderful at finding me the greatest financing deal. She is so persistent. I felt as if she was only working on getting me to get me the best deal. That's a great feeling. I'm grateful to have met these phenomenal people.

    I worked with Cleo as my salesperson to order a new 2017 Ford F250. The entire experience went without a hitch. The truck was delivered in mid- February and had everything I wanted on it. I had been to 1 other Ford dealers in NVA and it was not a pleasant experience. Sales manager at the largest Ford Dealership in Northern VA shook hands like a wet fish. That was until I went to Battlefield Ford again and worked with Cleo as I would probably would get the best deal there since I purchased a F150 from her in 2015. She is the "go-to" person if you want expertise, great service, no pressure, and an excellent buying experience. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me build the exact F250 that I wanted. Once Cleo ordered the truck, she coordinated with me on a timely basis as to the status of the build. It was seamless dealer exchange and I took delivery at the end of February but I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership as I was going out of town for my job. Cleo said no problem. I Left the vehicle in their lot in a safe space and upon my return Cleo went through all the details for final delivery. Finance was very simple and I was done in 15 minutes. Needless to say I will stick with Battlefield and avoid other Ford Dealerships. No pressure salesperson worked with Finance and the General Manager - a hassle free experience all around.

    No deal took place here, they were not willing to bargain down on prices beyond incentives listed. I finally got 3 offers willing to do so several days later from around Virginia and Maryland, but I had committed to a dealer in Leesburg, VA that came through right out of the gate as I was upfront with what I had for price willing to pay and the exact options on the vehicle I was looking for. I drove down Saturday with my daughter, payment in hand and off Sunday morning in a new truck. I suppose the dealers are desperate to get the maximum amount every time, but this and several others missed the boat for a paying customer that put it out front what they were looking for and what price. I knew it was possible, but finding someone willing to go a few dollars less is like trying to find a four leaf clover when it comes to dealers it seems This lack of bending on price is not isolated to this dealer alone, almost every single Ford Dealer I tried to work with and it was well over 10.......same thing..........no we can't do that or no reply at all. When a customer spells out the amount willing to pay it should be a good sign, they have done their homework and know the price is achievable and it was, it just took a while for a few to come around.

    We were in the market for a 2017 Ford Expedition EL Platinum. We had done all our research and were satisfied with the single addition to the configuration that was most commonly on dealer lots. In essence, we knew what I wanted and were willing to work with any dealer that would provide us with a good buying experience. We worked locally with one of the Ford dealers in Michigan but were quite disappointed with the sales people. We did not take kindly to being lied to and to their unwillingness to even consider what we had found at other dealerships around the country. While shopping online we noticed that Battlefield Ford in Manassas, VA had the vehicle that we were looking for and were listing it at a fair price. I called and spoke with Cleo van Zelst in the sale department. She was extremely positive on the phone and provided a great assurance that they were experienced in selling cars throughout the U.S. from their dealership. With that confidence we felt comfortable with proceeding with the purchase. As it turned out we were leaving to visit friends in NY State a few days after putting down a security deposit on the vehicle. Cleo and her team at Battlefield Ford made arrangements to send all the paperwork required for the purchase to our address in NY. We received, signed and returned the papers after making a single call to their finance department for a minor clarification. Upon returning to Michigan the next week, we flew to VA where Cleo picked us up at the airport. We were handed the keys to our beautiful new vehicle and were on our way within an hour. Under Cleo's oversight the dealership had completed all registration, tax, insurance and title activities for us. They certainly backed up what they had told us about their nationwide vehicle sales experience. We drove the 1000 miles home with confidence that we could call Cleo with any questions we might have while getting used to our new ride. Our buying experience at Battlefield Ford was the best we have had. I believe we had Cleo to thank for helping this important transaction go so smoothly.

    I've bought & owned a lot of cars. Battlefied Sales Team is the best I've ever worked with. Particularly, Cleo worked diligently to get the car I wanted at my desired price. Her command of both the written and spoken means of communication made her a joy to work with. Bottom line --- if you want a Ford, buy from Battlefield and ask for Cleo. You'll have a positive buying experience and leave with a new car and a big smile. -USMC Veteran

    terrible service from Tom miller service director,they did not fix the problem with my car after i was there more than 3 hours then they told me to pay for it.,this service shop was one of the worse place that i ever been in my life.Please Think twice before you take your car there.i am asking the owner please pay more attention to this location.

    We had been looking for a Ford Expedition El Platinum for a few weeks. After filling out forms online with AAA, we were bombarded with car dealers looking for the right car for us. Right from the start, Cleo, was different from the rest. She remembered certain details of our conversations and seemed to truly care about finding us the right car. Even though we found the car a little bit cheaper elsewhere, she made such an impression on us that we decided to buy from her regardless. She had the car ready for us when we got to the dealer so that all we had to do was sign papers and drive off. Everyone at Battlefield Ford was very friendly and helpful. Bill, the GM, even gave back the price difference between dealers as a donation to my son's travel baseball team. What a great place to buy a car!

    "Truly a pleasure..........." Working with Cleo at Battlefield was truly a pleasure and I have and will continue to recommend to anybody that asks. I had been looking at trucks for months and one day when I was in the area just dropped in, when Cleo greeted me. I explained what I was looking for and my timeline for purchase. After a few months, my stated timeline, Cleo was able to put me in the truck I was looking for. Furthermore, Cleo treated me with respect, understanding that I was a couple months out from buying and didn't call/ "NAG" one bit. When I requested pricing on different vehicles, She was quick to respond. Their pricing is very competitive. There are 4 other Ford dealers between me and Battlefield Manassas. I think that says lot!!!

    I was in the market for a 2016, F150, Regular Cab, FX4, V8, 3.73 Rear Axle, 301A Group. If you think this specific truck is easy to find, try finding one. I had been to 5 Ford dealers in NVA and was told the same thing every time: "If you don't see it on our lot, then we can't help you." That was until I went to Battlefield Ford and met Cleo. She is the "go-to" person if you want expertise, great service, no pressure, and an excellent buying experience. She was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me find the exact truck I wanted. Once Cleo located the truck, she coordinated a seamless dealer exchange and I took delivery within 2 days. I've referred two friends to Cleo and their experience has been the same as mine. Now if I get the same level of service from the service department when it's time to service my truck, then I will truly know that I hit the jackpot.
