Good Service--Good Facilities

Loved the free oil change and car wash. Chris Bivins was friendly and took care of my concerns. My radio will be replaced this week. Had coffee and cookies.

Adam is the best!

Adam and John made this the best car buying experience I've ever had...went in 2 days later and got my daughter a car and my daughter in law has an appointment tomorrow! Thanks to everybody at Chuck Nash!

Friendly and efficient service.

I made my appointment via phone the day before. On arrival I was greeted by one of the service personnel who told me the approximate length of time it would require and then invited my to wait in there area. The service took only 30 minutes at which time the individual answered my questions and thanked my for my visit.

The Complete Experience

The entire experience from initially looking for a vehicle to the purchase to the service has been exceptional. The whole series of interactions has exceeded expectations by a large margin. My service experience simply added to this history of complete satisfaction.

great customer service

My appt. was scheduled to a time that was convenient for me. I was waited upon quickly. The waiting area was clean an comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that my estimated wait was shorter an my vehicle was checked out in great shape.

Honest: in sales and service

I am not a person to 'haggle', I didn't have time to sit and wait. I gave Darren Poth what information he needed, what color I wanted in a truck, when I got off work I came to pick up my new truck, I couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone involved

Awesome service. Alex Webster was very helpful. Provided a loaner car and kept me up to date on status of my repair. Would definitely recommend Chuck Nash to all.

Pleasant as possible

The sale went very well. The sales person was honest and accurate with his answers. If he did not know he found someone who did. An area that seems to create some anxious moments are the transitions from post sales to service.
