    I find the people in the Service Department at Andy Mohr Nissan helpful and truly customer focused. We have a 2004 Nissan Quest with 123,000 plus miles that we have serviced at Andy Mohr. This time we had the oil changed and had them check for a problem with the idle and missing. The service department was able to quickly find the problem and ordered the part and will be back on Tuesday to have it installed.

    Wow. I highly recommend this dealership. I leased a 2016 Altima back in September. Michael Barmes was my sales consultant. He was extremely helpful through out the process. I highly recommend Andy Mohr Avon Nissan and Michael Barmes for your next purchase!

    Greeted immediately and paired up with a salesman with minimal delay. Salesman was reasonably well informed. Looked at two of the three cars i intended to. Could not look at the third because the salesman couldn't locate the keys. No big deal in this particular case, as the car was a marginal interest, at best. But would've been really bad if it was a car I was very interested in.

    I came to Andy Mohr Nissan at Avon for a coolant flush for my old Maxima. Before going ahead with the service a mechanic and the Service Mgr. Matt Pope showed me a large problem with my car and giving me an option of proceeding with a coolant flush or maybe thinking of fixing the car first or buying a new vehicle. Instead of doing the ordered service, charging me way over a $100 and then telling me about the big problem, they thought of my interest as a customer first and their reputation as good dealership. Appreciate their honesty!

    Currently - vehicle purchase is my only experience with dealership. (selection, price agreement, itemized costs, and financing) My experience could not have been better. Knowledgeable assistance at every level. Helpful yet not overbearing. Comprehensive explanations but not excessively so. Very sensitive in tailoring the transaction to a method and pace that I was completely comfortable with. Zero suggestions for improvement. Keep up the good work.
