    Mitch Vella was knowledgeable and when he was unsure of the answer he found someone who knew the answer. The financial person explained everything thoroughly. The building was a little dated, but they are building a new one that they will be in sometime in 2016. We are very happy with our new 2016 Outback.

    I went in for an oil change on Thursday. I had an appointment at 10am, which was started promptly. I was told service would take 45 minutes to an hour and was checking out before 11. The new facilities are much nicer, more open, and feel more welcoming than the previous location.

    We bought our crosstrek here in 2015. Now we came back to buy a used car for our son. Leo Lopez was great! He was super knowledgeable about the details of the car, he was hospitable (offering us food and drink a few times), kept us informed about the process, and made us feel like we were his top priority. Most importantly, there were not high pressure tactics or hidden costs or nonsense. Gerald Subaru has lifetime warranty even for their used cars. We will always come here for any future purchases and for maintenance of our current 2 cars purchased here. Thank you, Leo, and thank you Gerald Subaru. Going home happy!

    Great dealership with good inventory, and knowledgeable sales staff. Good customer service and they don't use high pressure sales. The building is beautiful and there were little snacks and drinks (including Starbucks coffee) to have while waiting for our paperwork. Asim in finance could not be more accommodating and genuinely friendly. He is probably the most "smiley" person I have ever met. Seems like the staff here overall are just good people.

    leo Lopez was very professional, friendly and very customer oriented-no hard sell pressure . I had looked at other dealers and he worked at getting me an excellent deal that matched other deals. . He also does not drop u after the sale- he spent an hour with me just going over the technology in the car. I recommend him highly.

    An excellent dealership with friendly staff in each department. Also a beautiful building with amenities aimed at having the best customer experience possible including a "quiet" lounge if you don't like sitting in the more common area with TV's and more noise. Snacks and drinks are available and in general it's a comfortable place to wait. Overall sales experience was very good - no pressure and excellent responsiveness to questions and concerns.

    Visited Gerald Subaru a few times for a new Crosstrek. We were taken care by Eric, Kelly and Ricardo. All of them are very kind. They know the vehical very well and took good care of us. Eric was very nice and spent a lot of time on my financing which is a little bit tricky. I appreciate him.
