    This us been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. It started when I signed up with TrueCar and this dealership was one of three that I was referred to. This was the first dealership to contact me via phone and email. The message that Manny Ghosh left me was not pressure-filled but easy going where I felt compelled to call him right away. I advised him that I was looking at several vehicles for my family and I was interested in checking out the Outback. He scheduled me to come in when I had time available and to ask for him or his manager. When I arrived for my test drive, I was greeted by John who attempted to locate Manny and his manager. He found them and I was told that John would take care of me point forward. John did exactly that. I completed the test drive including driving the car on a private test track. John knew about the car but especially the little things like letting me know that the automatic braking does not work unless there are objects or cars in front or behind. It was a very comfortable and easy conversation the whole time with John. Tony and John did check with me after the test drive to see if I had made a decision on buying the car with them but I told them that I still had other vehicles to test drive. They respected that and only asked that I keep them in mind if I do decide to get an Outback. After test driving other vehicles, I was sure the Outback was for me. The decision came down to 2 dealerships and John was constantly providing me information via email, phone and text. His dealership consistently provided me with a lower quote than the competing dealership and at the end I chose to buy from Gerald because of their pricing and limited lifetime powertrain warranty. When I did, John made the purchase and paperwork painless. They even took my old car as a trade-in, even though it has seen much better days and was still very messy. When I spoke with Asim in the finance department, he was able to get me a lower rate than what my bank had already pre-approved me for. During the presentation of additional warranties, there was no pressure or harassment on having buy any of that. In the end, I was treated as an informed consumer who has a multitude of options and could purchase a new car anywhere. I drove 40 minutes away from my home to purchase the vehicle and I do not regret it all. I look forward to continued business with them in the future. Great job guys and thank you for helping me purchase the new car for my family.

    Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to work with, especially John, who was the one who got me to sign on the line that is dotted. Manny, Tony, Asim...they were all great and understanding and made my decision an easy one to make. John specifically answered all of my questions, during my 2 week shopping period. He was constantly making himself available for any and all inquiries. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Gerald and John Ziebarth both by name.
