My salesperson, John Jerabek, was extremely helpful in my purchase of a 2025 4-wheel-drive hybrid Camry. He went way out of his way to help me get a feel for how my prospective new car would look and drive. When my new car arrived, John explained in great detail all of its features and capabilities. He was knowledgeable, polite, and patient in describing everything to me. This was especially important to me because I hadn’t bought a new car since my 2001 Camry, which was also purchased from Bill Page Toyota. The many new features were all new to me and John made sure that I understood them all. He has continued to help me even after my purchase. He makes himself available even on his days off and even while on vacation. And he is so pleasant to work with. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

You should never put the sale person to match the

You should never put the sale person to match the ethnicity of the buyer unless it is asked. We were going to buy the car from you but by doing this, we are looking for other dealership.... DO BETTER.

We bought a Hybrid Sienna yesterday.

We bought a Hybrid Sienna yesterday. Overall, everyone was extremely professional, but I would like to especially mention Sultan who was the salesman that helped us directly. We loved how friendly and warm he welcomed us. He is an absolute gentleman! Thank you Sultan!

I purchased a vehicle on Saturday 8/11 and the experience was smooth, easy, and great thanks to Hamzah. It was our daughters first car and after going to many dealerships he helped us settle on a car and made everything easy for us. Can’t wait to work with him again in the future.

I wanted to share a concerning experience I had recently.

I wanted to share a concerning experience I had recently. I took my car to this dealer for service and discovered that an item was missing from my car when I picked it up. I spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, he didn't take any action to resolve the issue. It seems this kind of thing happens frequently at this dealer. I just wanted to give you a heads-up to be careful about where you take your car for service. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.

On 11/02/2023, I had my 2014 Rav4 Fwd serviced at Bill

On 11/02/2023, I had my 2014 Rav4 Fwd serviced at Bill page Toyota, Transmission fluid flushed at 102,400 miles (serviced at $299). On 02/15/24, transmission was failed at 104,700 miles after 2300 miles serviced. This is my third toyota car. I wish I didn't change transmission fluid and kept my car running. Next time, I'm looking for another brand name car, but not this model. I might not be lucky with this model 2014 Rav4.
