Everyone I encountered during my service visit was polite and friendly. Everyone was wearing their masks although I did witness one wearing his below his... nose. I was kept informed of service and time. The one issue I had was being contacted by a sales person during my visit. Getting the email is annoying enough but this time one had the nerve to call me with the same "we need used cars like your..." While he was polite, I think this is quite sleazy to do to your customers who are there to get their vehicles serviced.

My service appointment went very well and was completed quickly. Later I opened the storage compartment between the front two seats and realized that someone... had gone through it although nothing seemed to be taken.
The service went well but someone went through the center console.
The personnel in the service department were helpful as I have difficulty hearing with that required mask. The wait time was also reasonable. Thank you.... Will return.

Brought second Toyota (this one a Camry Hybrid) for 6 month/5,000 mile servicing in two weeks. Same service manager (Dan Carcamo). Same excellent service... and responsiveness. This makes periodic maintenance a pleasure.

I scheduled an appointment via the website. I was greeted upon pulling in to the service department. We reviewed what would be done for service, and I... was given a 1.5 hour timeframe for when my car would be finished. I received a call at exactly 1.5 hours later from my scheduled appointment that my car was ready. Overall, it was an excellent first time service at Bill Page Toyota Service Department. People were prompt, courteous and helpful.
