I have previously raved about their service.

I have previously raved about their service. Not anymore. When I purchased my new Toyota in June of 2018, I received a Bill Page Toyota LOYALTY VOUCHER. It promised, among other things, an oil change service for $9.95, taxes not included. (Hyundai offered free oil changes for life). Despite the clear language of the coupon, the dealer insisted on adding undisclosed charges for shop supplies and an environmental fee. When I protested the additional charges not reflected in the coupon, the service advisors have informed me that such fees are always applied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bill Page Toyota failed to respond. The dealer is now not accredited by the BBB and rated D-.

Brought my 2nd Gen Prius for a brake issue.

Brought my 2nd Gen Prius for a brake issue. Mr. Daniel Turner helped me; he was courteous, listened well, and got the issue diagnosed in very short order. Also billing was very fair -no extraneous charges! Thanks Mr. Daniel! Service center was clean and service was prompt. It was also very nice to be able to drive right into the warm service bay and out of the cold.

This is going to be my 3rd high-end car from this dealership. Mustapha Anoua is the sole reason I keep coming back to this dealership. The staff is friendly, service is good and they take time to help you pick the car and make decision. No rushing like other dealers. Highly recommended! Try to work with Mustapha Anoua!

I had a service with Donny, and this guy had no idea what...

I had a service with Donny, and this guy had no idea what to do. I told him “My car was kinda shaking when go over 70mph but I just got new tires…” as soon as I said that he jumped in “then we dont have to check it again.” Really? What a lazy attitude. Then I ask if they can put some missing plastic clips for the bumper. The guy said nothing. After 3hours he called said the car is ready. I came and see that the only thing they got done in 3HOURS is oil change. I’m a paid customer, Im not asking for help. Then I ask if I can have 4 plastic clips so I can put it in myself. The guy pointed to parts and said go buy them. I left because I didn't want to spent a minute there. Im so disappointed and somewhat surprised. They did not care and it showed. Ps/ it’s funny how you buy a 40k car and they cant put in some 50c clips

They opened on time and was let in for my 7am...

They opened on time and was let in for my 7am appointment. Donny Villatoro attended to write the service needed for my car. He suggested to replace my engine filter and cabin filter, to which I agreed. Overall the service was done in a timely and efficient manner.
