I purchased my Honda CRV from David at Acer Auto Brokers in 2012. I was extremely nervous because this was the first time I was purchasing a vehicle on my own without the help of friends or family. Within 5 minutes of meeting David my nerves were calm and he explained in detail the process of finding and purchasing a vehicle, as well as financing the different financing options. He taught me everything I needed to know and made my experience effortless! He also went WAY out of his way by bringing the vehicle to me (b/c of a medical condition) and went even further by taking me to my bank and personally helped me set up financing on my vehicle. As you can see David truly cares about his customers and will go to extremes to help each of us. In today's economy it is very difficult to find a friendly and HONEST salesman. David went above and beyond any of my expectations! I also would like to personally thank Austin who also works at Acer. wow! Dave did a fantastic job of creating a no drama car purchase..I live in orlando and I saw online a mazda miata mx-5 grand touring. I called Dave and told him my possible trade in, he got me a quote on on my trade in value and I immediately started the credit union applications process, as soon as I was approved he met me at the bank and we swapped my trade-in and I was on the road....he handles the paperwork and legwork...most definitely check out Acer Auto Brokers...I'm amazed that car buying could be so easy!

Absolutely awesome. Went to numerous lots just to stumble upon these guys, thank God I did. Went way over the top to make me happy PLUS I got $100 cash just for referring my friend to them. I felt very rushed and belittled by the younger salesman.He clearly lacked sales skills and people skills. His tactics were talk fast and wear the customer down. Not good.
