    Was in the market for a newer Tundra. I told Paul what kind of truck I was looking for, he quickly pulled up this very nice looking Red Tundra had me test drive it...afterwards I was sold. The entire process was painless and I drove out of there in my new preowned Tundra

    This was our first time buying a brand new Toyota. Love our new 2017 Corolla SE. Manager was great a listener, friendly & polite. Finance (David) was awesome, very friendly, didn't rush thru paperwork, answered every question we had without any attitude & made the paperwork so easy. Only downside was our salesman. He didn't listen to what we requested, made the process extra hard. It seemed he was talking us out of the sale about the vehicle we wanted, almost walked out of sale but son loved the car so much we had to get it. Manager (sorry I don't remember name) & Finance officer made it all worth while. We gave our salesman a chance because we felt he might be new. He extended the process way over (showing us other cars rather than the car we wanted & it took manager stepping in to give us final numbers). He just needed to listen to us better.

    My entire family has Toyotas, all the way to my grandparents. Upon arriving from an overseas tour my family needed a vehicle asap. We went to Universal Toyota because Toyota are all we want to buy and the experience was not that great. Here we are 6 months later!!! Yes! You heard right! 6 months later and still have no registration. Call multiple times daily with no help! Was pulled over , received a ticket told to provide registration within 72 hours, think Toyota cared? NOPE!

    If only you could leave 0 stars. I started out working with a David to buy a used jeep they had.  He started out very attentive and we talked prices over the phone because i lived over an hour away.  It was a Tuesday and he said that the car was unavailable to be purchased until Wednesday at noon. I told him I'd have to wait until Thursday because of work.  Over the two days, he refused to show me a purchase order or a invoice so that I could get a VBC ready for my trip down. Direct quote from text: " I understand, look sir. As aggressive as we're willing to be on that deal I honestly just need you to show up. My boss won't entertain anything that's over the phone. He hardly even wants to do the deal." Fine.  So thursday, I contacted the dealership.  Worked with Alex with new car who told me the car was available, gave me an invoice price, and said to head on in.   Over an hour and a half later when I arrived, Matt switched me to Alex because he was with a customer. After telling Alex my story and explaining that I was there to test drive and then purchase the car he tells me that the car is in the shop still for repairs. At this point, I was livid.  I asked why none of the people I had talked to could have told me that and saved me a trip. He shrugged his shoulders and said that he didn't know why people didn't do things.  Charming.  He asked if I'd like to at least look at the vehicle before I left. We drove to the mechanics shop and after inspecting the vehicle, I loved it. EXCEPT for a large gouge through the clear coat on the front side panel.  When I pointed it out, Alexs response was "It's used. It's going to be damaged". I asked if they could repair it before selling it and he stated that they'd have to repaint the entire panel and the car was "as is". Wow.  Not something I'd expect from a branded Toyota dealership.  A total lack of regard for what they're selling under their name.   We finally went back and I asked if I could speak for just a minute with my partner about the condition. Alex left, and returned no more than 5 minutes later with another potential customer and walked out to look on the lot. I have never felt so much of a nuisance as he made me feel. I'm sorry you're busy, Alex, but I'm glad you were able to grab the next person in line before I could even discuss the vehicle with you further. It's this total lack of regard for a customer (with buyers check in hand) that disgusts me.  If you don't want my money then I'll find a higher quality dealership who does.  Perhaps they'll act like they care in the least about the product they're selling or the customers they're serving.

    My wife and me have bought 3 vehicles from Universal Toyota over the last several years and we have been very happy with them until we bought the last one. My wife traded in her “old” Toyota with personalized license plates and was in the understanding, that Universal Toyota would order the personalized license plate as she had on the old vehicle. Today (One month after purchase), after talking with them several times by phone, text and e mail I was told, that it was probably easier if we would go to the tax office and do it ourselves. They were passing us during that time from one person to the other. We are frustrated and not happy with them at all and will go to a different Toyota Dealership in the future. Frank Witting

    I want to take a minute to thank Nathan Whitfield for making the experience of purchasing my 2015 4 Runner a pleasant one. Nate was friendly, honest and genuine throughout the deal. I had a conversation with Nate approximately six months prior to this purchase at which time he explained my options. I was not ready to buy at that time but, Nate kept in touch with me anyway. When I was ready to purchase I phoned Nate and made an appointment with him the next morning. I was honest with him in regards to how much of a payment I was comfortable with and in return he was just as honest (much appreciated). Nate did not attempt to sell me something that I was not interested in nor did he attempt to sell me something that I could not afford. I believe that salesperson like Nate are an asset to the Toyota team and for this reason I have purchased my last 6 Toyota's from Universal Toyota. Keep up the great work Nate.     We just bought a Toyota Tundra 2016 this June. Aaron was our sales person. Aaron Perches is really knowledgeable and funny. He was excellent in handling our purchase. He was able to find the perfect vehicle to suit both our needs and wants. He worked extremely hard to exceed our requests when negotiating our asked price with both, the financial department and manager. We had an excellent experience due to his ability to honor all our requests. We would definitely recommend Aaron as your sales person.
