Must say a little disappointed when the service guy who met me did not really know what oil to use in my new 2017 CRV. He just gave me options, "conv
entional" for $44 or "full synthetic" for $75. When I asked what oil the car had when it came with from the factory he did not know. But he said the Maintenance Minder function of the car would allow synthetic to run longer than conventional. I asked how does the car know that it's synthetic? He did not know. We opened the hood and looked at the oil cap and he said it needs 0-20w, thinking that tells you the difference between conventional and synthetic. Clearly not knowledgeable. Finally asked others and found out they recommend synthetic, "conventional" is really a synthetic blend, but I still do not know what it came with or how or if the Maintenance Minder could extend the next oil change if I bought synthetic. They did the "lower the expectations" thing by telling me it would be 1.5 hours so they look good when it was only an hour. Finally, I asked if the service would be uploaded to a central database so that other dealerships could see the service. Nope. Gunn Honda does not do that. Oh, almost forgot, the service guy did not take my address or email and when I reminded him, he said he could not add them because the ticket was closed. I would really appreciate a call back from a manager. We will see if anyone reads this at the dealership.
Manny is a top notch service advisor. Everything was smooth and efficient. He assisted in the run down of the overall condition of my car and upcoming
issues that will need maintenance later on. Overall, very good dealer and service department.

I was in the habit with my former Honda of obtaining maintenance the cheapest way possible. But when I bought my Honda Fit, it was a former lease car
with a complete maintenance history. I decided to continue that history with Gunn Honda. The coupons make maintenance affordable. Even when I just bring it in for an oil change, the service department checks everything just to be sure. And I love the 2-year warranty on the tires since my car seems to be a nail magnet. I also appreciate the fact that the service department has several female employees. Lately, it was Rosa Rodriguez who helped me and she was efficient and knowledgeable.
My service man was out to lunch when my car was completed. No one was able to answer my questions. I paid and left, I had been there for over 21/2 ho
urs. He finally called me and left me a message. I lreturned his call and left eft him a voice message.. I had left and did not even drive 5 miles when the symbol for tire pressure came on. I took it to my neighbor hood tire shop. They showed me the front tires had 50 and back had 45 . They corrected and light went off.. I paid 4 dollars. Wonder what happened? That is why I gave you 3 stars.
