This Service Department is unfriendly, the techs do not know how to complete work per ford specs and even caused damage to the vehicle with the repairs.... My 2015 F150 (45K Miles) had a leaking oil pan which Mike Naughton Service Dept repaired May 2019, then leaked again Sept 2019. The soonest I could get it in for the SECOND pan replacement was Feb 2020 which the service was completed unusually quick for what Ford requires in this type of repair. Sure enough, not 6 weeks later (March 2020) its leaking oil again. I was not about to trust this place or the mechanic a 3rd time. I involved corporate and I also made the smart decision to take it to a different Ford dealer. The other dealer found that not only had Mike Naughton service stripped 3 bolts and installed another 2 bolts that were NOT oem bolts for the oil pan. The front differential had to be lowered in this repair and the other dealer also found that Mike Naughton service damaged the frames where they installed the top bot incorrectly. You best stay clear of this service department unless you want more damage. I am thankful I took it to a more caring dealer location who made me feel not only welcome but confident in the repairs after fixing the Mike Naughton issues.
Lied about damage to get out of warranty repairs, wouldn’t take pictures of this “damage” for the insurance company, and conveniently threw away the diamanté’s... part 45 minutes after diagnosing it when I said I was coming to see. Pathetic people.
I bought a used Ford Fiesta 2014 from this dealership and the sales person Neli Swadowski was very professional and very helpful! The sales process was... very easy and fast and everyone there in the office was great to work with to make this deal happen. I would recommend that everyone wishing to buy a car at Mike Naughton to contact Neli Great job! Thank You!
Eli Swadowski (sales professional at Ford) made leasing a new car a very positive experience ... the paperwork was all in order when I arrived to get the... car, which allowed the entire process to be completed within an hour. Eli took the time to go over features of the car as well. It was a pleasure to work with her!
After going to this establishment for nearly 2 years (general maintenance i.e. oil changes and tire rotations) our last experience was extremely poor.... Big Mike Naughton Ford has become very busy and because of this I can only imagine that they're cutting corners. We took our Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. We never got a call that it was ready, and we noticed when we got home that although the checklist was marked green (for good) on all elements, our tires had not been rotated, our air filter was filthy, I am not even sure our oil was changed. & now we're having issues with our engine and starter. We paid money for a service and I am not confident we received that service. My husband returned to speak with the manager. He waited for over an hour and never spoke to anyone past the front desk person. I don't think they care since they have so many other customers. My husband ended up leaving to return to work but received no explanation about our vehicle. I strongly suggest going to another place for your car maintenance. You cannot trust the work done here at Big Mike Naughton. Just as an FYI we used their quick lane.
If you are looking for a new or used car, you NEED to check out Big Mike Naughton Ford. When we first showed up we were pleasantly greated by Mike while... we were looking at a 2014 Ford Explorer. He was able to answer all of our questions and promptly got the keys when we asked for a test drive. During our time in the Explorer he placed zero pressure on us and didn't fill any silence with needless banter or conversation. He allowed us to thoroughly examine and get a feel for the vehicle. Shortly there after my wife and I decided to purchase the 2014 Explorer. Once again Mike made our experience enjoyable by makeing the signing process as quick as he possibly could. During that time the team at Big Mike Naughton Ford detailed the car inside and out and even filled the gas tank up. Jimmy in the finance department was the quickest part of our buying experience and had a great sense of humor. He was even able to beat the interest rate that we got from USAA. Two days after we bought the car we noticed that one of the tires had a very deep gash in it and required immediated attention. We brought the Explorer back and Mike (salesman) and Aaron (used car manager) eagerly agreed to replace the damaged tire with no questions asked. The next day we came back to Big Mike Naughton Ford to have the tire replaced by Griff in the service department. There was a little confusion on what tire to replace with and if we should replace one or both front tires. Aaron was hesitant to replace both front tires, but I was concered with replacing one tire because it could cause excess wear and tear on the front differential because the tires would be different in circumference. After getting Aaron and Griff to talk they agreed to replace both front tires. From start to finsh and then afterwards, the entire team at Big Mike Naughton Ford has gone above and beyond to make sure that we received the very best care to ensure that we were taken care of and that our car is in the best and safest condition.
We bought a truck from Big Mike, the buying process was great, no problems, heard from them a lot prior to the sale. Continued to get emails for new specials.... We sold the vehicle, needed to get the refund for the warranty and gap insurance, can't get them to call us back to save our lives. Have left so many messages on machines, asking for a call back, have talked to one person, who promises to call us back and follow up, never hear a word. They are great prior to the sale, but once you sign, you are discarded for customer care. Very disappointed in the after sale.
I have been coming to Mike Naughton for many years. The service dept took care of 2003 Ford Taurus. My Dad and I always did rate Mike Naughton Ford as... one of the greatest dealerships. I am glad I chose another Ford to purchase. I have in the years past have had a Pinto, Lynx, Mystic, 2 Taurus and now the Fiesta. I guess you would say I love the Fords. Mr. Naughton, when I came in yesterday I was just looking for another car, but when I saw this one Fiesta Ford, the deal was done. Mike Allen was the Sales Consultant. He was just excellent. He answered my questions, went out for a test drive and I just loved the car I purchased. The last car I purchased was in 2003, a Ford Taurus. It was a great car for the years I drove it. Like I stated Mike Allen was great. I also spoke with William Bell want a great General Sales Manager. In all honesty everyone was great. Jim in Finance was an excellent man to handle getting the paperwork together for me to sign. That a boy to all the staff at Mike Naughton. Thanks Kathy Rodgers
I just purchased my 2nd car, a used 2014 Ford Flex, at this dealership, and it will most definitely be my last. I don't even want to give them my business... for service at this point. The sales process follows every cliche that has ever been played out. After an extremely long wait when I told them my time was limited before arriving. They were finally willing to make a sale. The next process took hours and when finally brought to the finance office I was able to expedite things. This was to my detriment though. What I found out after the car was "detailed" and delivered was that they only had one "smart" key in the car plus no mats. While not the biggest deal breaker I was assured they'd look for these. Financing changes happened after leaving and I ended up using my own source and was assured during this process that a replacement key would be provided and mats would be able to be found for this vehicle. Once it came time to deliver the new financial paperwork and resign the documents the sales person, Boris, changed his answers completely. Now he started saying if I wanted these things he couldn't do that but I was welcome to talk with his sales manager. I did and he was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He said, "We are not going to give you anthing else." I will pay the money to get another key, which is much more expensive when a 2nd key is unavailable. I will also pay for my own mats. I will also be sure to let everyone I know understand what kind of business is being run there. This is a buyer beware. If you are going to purchase a vehicle, do not expect them to conduct business in a business like manner. If you can get a good deal, hopefully it won't end up costing you.
Mr. Tripp was amazing and SO good to work with. He approached my husband and I instantly took a liking to him. Mr. Tripp then offered his services and... time. He was politie, kind, friendly, and very knowledgable about the vehicle we wanted. It was a very smooth process and I got everything I wanted. Thank you Mr. Tripp.
