We purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage brand new from this

We purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage brand new from this dealership. It has been in the shop now for three months. The first two and a half months were just to wait and inform us that they would not honor the extended warranty that was purchased with the car. They quoted $5700 to replace the engine. Since this was less than our normal repair shop, I reluctantly agreed. One week later, they informed me that they also need to replace the entire exhaust system, for only another $4300. At that point, I wished I had our regular mechanic replace it. For an added bonus, they said it would be two more weeks before they would complete the work. I have another 12 month or 12k mile warranty which I now know is absolutely worthless. This is the second time they have held my car hostage for over three months. I write this not out of spite, but out of obligation because between the dealership and Kia corporate you have no means to obtain any level of customer service. I was prepared a year ago to buy a new Kia Sorrento. Now I will never buy another Kia and would recommend at the very least, thoroughly investigating the dealership if you do. Weston Kia has been criminal in their service and exorbitant charges for a vehicle under warranty.

My daughter just moved into the area and needed to purchase a car in a hurry. We called Weston Kia and spoke with Russ Solnyshkin. Russ was prompt and courteous in providing a quote and information on the car. We went into the dealership and the experience was top notch. This is a family owned dealership and one gets the feeling that they are taking care of the customer. Russ is exceptional and was helpful from hello until we drove out of the lot. Thank you Russ for the professionalism and making sure that everything was satisfactory!

Michael M. Is a fabulous salesman. His customer service is excellent. He really listens to your needs and wants. Michael works hard to stay in your budget while still finding you the car of your dreams, new or used. In fact, I think so much of Michael I've purchased 5 cars from him over the years - all from Weston Kia. On Halloween 2024 Scott found just the car he was looking for and Michael got us a great deal. When I buy another vehicle I'll go back to Michael Mosier.

I was very happy with Weston overall.

I was very happy with Weston overall. The salesman Russ was very responsive and I received what I believe to be honest, straight forward answers...no games. The Sales Manager, Nikita has followed up and everything went very smoothly.

After a dismal experience at Beaverton Kia, my experience

After a dismal experience at Beaverton Kia, my experience at Weston was enjoyable from start to finish. I found the 2025 Sorento Hybrid that I wanted and at a great price. I worked with Cameron Scruggs who was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient. He is true class all the way. I received an acceptable offer on my trade, and there was no upselling of any other product or service, though I did purchase an extended warranty along with protection packages but was not pressured to do so. The gentleman who handled the financial transaction (I’m ashamed to admit that I forgot his name) treated me like I was an old friend - conversational, light hearted, but also very informative. To summarize, I drove home with a smile on my face in a vehicle I love. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? 👍😃👍

Weston KIA is beyond the worst car experience I have ever

Weston KIA is beyond the worst car experience I have ever had in my life. I took my car here over a month ago because it was stolen and recovered, so the ignition and radio/back up camera needed to be replaced. During this month I heard nothing back from them on an update on my car, despite leaving messages and emails. My insurance rental coverage then ended, because their policy was to cover a rental for 30 days, and having still heard nothing back from Weston KIA, I had to begin paying for a rental out of pocket. (Over $500 down the drain and out of my own wallet) After a month of no replies, I finally get one short email that they were still waiting on parts, with no list of the parts or any estimate of completion. (So it takes them over a month to get parts…ok, sus and very much want to see the receipts of these and when they were in fact ordered) After waiting one more week and again, paying for a rental out of pocket, I simply couldn’t afford to wait any longer- I finally got absolutely fed up at not receiving any ETAs for when my car would actually be complete so I had a friend drive me to talk to someone in person to get actual answers and check on the status of my vehicle. All of a sudden all the parts that they were waiting for for “so long” had miraculously arrived just a couple of days ago and my car would be done in two days. (Also very suspicious my car was still in the exact same parking spot it had been when I left it there over a month ago, almost as if it hadn’t been moved at all during all this time) It wasn’t. Instead, I was finally called back and told that my car would be done the next day at 4pm- they ensured me this would be true. AGAIN- IT WASN’T. As of right now my KIA has been at the Weston KIA dealership for a month and two weeks. The repairs were a new ignition and radio/backup cam- and it took them OVER A MONTH to get parts. Supposedly. I cannot even explain to you how shady this place is. Don’t go here, literally just save yourself the heartache of being completely lied to and ignored. Weston KIA is like if your most toxic relationship was a dealership. They promise, they’ll do better next time- I promise you, they won’t. Dump them and never come back.
