    Peggy Gunn was great to work with. She asked questions and move through the car buying process quickly but with a strong sense of the pace I wanted to move at. Peggy was transparent and fair with the pricing and trade-in. Peggy and the team made the process smooth. I really enjoyed my experience with Peggy and McGrath Acura Chicago.

    I was immensely impressed with the experience at McGrath Acura to the point where it was one of the key deciding factors in which car to get. We chose an Acura 1) because we loved the car and 2) Holly's service was an indication of what kind of service we would continue to receive for maintenance or other issues. Additionally, I was sold when I realized our salesperson was a woman (Holly) as her approach was refreshing.

    I recently bought my Mazda CX three from McGrath of downtown Chicago. Mishka Legashvili, helped me out from the moment I walked in until he delivered my car for me! I can't say enough good things about him. He answered all of my crazy questions that I had, and explained all of the paperwork and the car gadgets to me in full detail. Buying a car has me ever been fun for me, however he made this as easy and painless as possible, by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!

    There's why for BAD, NOT fair Rating on this dealership vs. other ACURA one!! I found good reasons from my HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. As reading it's reviews, I can see I'm NOT the ONLY one. I see that Same thing's keep happening here. I'm really doubtful, and I hope not they do this INTENTIONALLY. If you really have to get a car here, you make sure all details by recording or making a written documents of agreements, etc. Have it Fixed before you pay it. Jonathan sold me used 2014 RDX Tech for $24k plus extra $400 for installing under market remote start. Before we made a deal, we agreed that they have to remove scratches plus detailing top to bottom, and "TWO" car keys. They gave me only one key on the date of purchase and Jonathan make me sure that second one will be ready when I come back for service. Now they asked me to pay another $500 for first driver key. Jonathan,Sales guy, found that there was only one key of my car. They even blamed me not to purchase certified one which covers like these things and told me used cars commonly comes with one key. But, the thing is we asked 4-5 times how many keys we get, he said TWO. He never mentioned there's even a chance that might be one key and it cost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I complained about it and he asked me to give him some time to solve this problem with his manager. NO follow-ups as Typical AGAIN. Jonathan did good job ONLY BEFORE i paid for the car. After I paid, there's no response from him, NOTHING, NEVER!! The day we purchased the car, he wanted to schedule an appointment for installing remote start and top to bottom detailing. We set it up. Even he asked me to text him the things that he promised. I don't know why he asked me to do that. I guess "text me later, contact me later, i'll contact you back" is the statements of his goodbye to customer. We scheduled the services on Thurs 8/24 at 1 pm. To confirm my appointment, I texted him as he advised 2 days prior to my appointment date. No Returns!! NONE!!! I called at scheduling department and found no appointment of mine. When I called him at his cell to figure it out, he said it's been scheduled, no worries and service department will contact me by 5 pm with guidelines. By that time, I still didn't know how long it would take. But, NONE of them contact me back. The day before my appointment, I tried to contact Jonathan to find out,AGAIN, No answer,NEVER!!! So I called service department directly to see the date for not wasting my time for nothing. Since they didn't see my appointment, we made new one on Wed 8/30. They said they need 2 DAYS. When I was scheduling, I complained about him. Then, Finally I can get his response. It's been already passed 2 days since HE asked me to give him some time to solve the problem- My SECOND KEY!! I tried to hold of him, NO ANSWERS NEVER!!! Does He keep ignoring me you think? Spent $24400, treated like NoTHing, IT'S HORRIBLE. Tomorrow I will go there again to pick up my car. I'm alreay ready to get upset and angry. Don't Make a Deal HERE!!! I'll give you guys another review for their services tomorrow.

    Great service, staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your safety in their cars. Was having trouble with the radio in my newly leased car, Joe had me bring it in and had it changed out that same day. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Nice waiting room with coffee and comfortable chairs.

    We popped in one afternoon to simply check out CPO vehicles (knowing nothing about Acura or McGrath). Long story short, we met Peggy Gunn and drove away in a 2017 RDX. Peggy is a fantastic salesperson. She's warm, personable and clearly passionate about creating a great dealer experience for people. As "not serious buyers", we never felt pressured or unwelcomed. Peggy's professionalism and knowledge sold us not only on Acura, but on McGrath as well. Purchasing a car that day was completely unexpected - we couldn't be happier with the car, as well as the treatment we've received from Peggy and everyone else at McGrath. Would highly recommend!

    Peggy Gunn is an excellent sales rep! My husband and I contacted her inquiring about a car. She was very knowledgeable, quick to respond to all of our questions and even came in on her day off to personally show us the vehicle. When it came to going over the numbers we dealt with the GM Nick Kabro. He was professional and treated us well. Peggy and Nick were never pushy and they made us feel like they really cared about meeting our needs. Brent Reeves handled the financing and paperwork. He was down to earth, personable and also very professional. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Highly recommended.
