    I have purchased several cars here over the last 8 years and have had a great experience every time. See zollie Keebler in new car sales. Amazing guy. The service dept has always taken care of any issues with out a problem and never had to go back for repeat service.

    I am having a very hard time even giving this dealership a one star!! Very very poor experience when I went to look at a Ford Explorer!!! First my husband and I walked in and there was maybe two customers with sales guys and there were maybe 10 sitting at their desks and staring at us, but not ONE got up to help us. Finally about 5 minutes of standing there in plain view, one slowly strolled over like it was a chore and said "Hello what are you looking for" His handshake was a first clue of his I don't really care attitude. Then after I explained that I was looking for a vehicle he walked over and told me to sit down at his desk, so we thought for sure he was going to show us a vehicle and went and got another guy to help us who had his nose in his phone the whole we were trying to explain what we wanted, (I could have said I was looking to buy a couch and he probably would have said ok, lets go look at one) so felt whatever was on the text was more important than making a sale. Told him wanted to drive an Explorer (Surprised I have not walked out at this point), but was here so figured at least even see if I like the vehicle. Went to the car and instead of the sales guy pulling the car out to make it easier to get in and open the doors I crawled in and we drove off. Still on the phone the whole time never really talked at all about the vehicle, but was more interested what I did for a living etc, (Mind you husband was in back seat). Could not get back to dealer fast enough and leave. Obviously they are not hurting for money, because there was NO and I mean NO desire to sell me a vehicle and I will not only never put my foot back in there door nor will I give them one penny of my money and will let people know find another dealer. HORRIBLE experience. We then drove over to GMC and have made our decision on a vehicle. It is nice to have great customer service and people who care about what you want and are willing to bend over backwards for you, even help you when they were just getting ready to go home for the night....

    I just purchased a used vehicle from a Mac Haik Ford Lincoln dealership for my 16 year old son. I had a few issues with the vehicle the first few days after purchasing. I spoke with Patrick in the service department at the Georgetown Texas location. What I was most impressed with was this gentleman's ability to actually listen to my concerns and not only listen, but take care of my concerns. I have been to plenty of service departments and I can only speak from the customer service I received this past week... one word - AWESOME!!! I received my vehicle back yesterday with repairs completed. I then called Duane Harris the GM and left him a voice mail. He promptly returned my call and I let him know about some of the issues I had with the the vehicle and also let him know his service department staff should be commended for the job they did and the customer service they provided to me. Mr. Harris thanked me for calling and offered to remedy the last of my concerns. I teach a customer service class with the agency I work for and I always tell folks that providing good customer service is meeting the expectation of the customer, but extraordinary customer service is consistently exceeding the expectations of the customer. Now when I am speaking about customer service to my classes, this will now be my newest example of a business providing extraordinary customer service. I say thank you to the entire Mac Haik Ford Lincoln staff.

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! You can not get an apointment for service. I needed minor repairs on my 2015 F-250. When I contacted the service Dept., I was told that they would give me a time to drop off my truck and then it would sit at their lot until they could get to it which was averaging 2-3 days. I asked if they would give me an apointment in 3 days, a week or 2-3 weeks so I would only be without my truck one day. They refused. I have never encountered anything like this. Until this problem with service, all dealings with Mac Haik had been very good
