    I was accommodated on very short notice, despite it was Friday morning.before Memorial Day. Repairs and 15K service was done in less than 3 hours when... I was waiting. Scott kept me updated about progress all that time. Hospitality was also excellent: food and drinks were brought to the waiting room by manager. Great service!

    Kojo Dei was a terrific salesperson - very friendly, not pushy, and clearly wanted to accommodate our needs and help us find what we wanted. I also thought... the overall experience was not too stressful and it didn't seem like anyone was playing any "games" with pricing, cars, etc., as most dealerships do. My husband and I have been to many dealerships and dealt with many sales people, and our experience at Brown's with Kojo was the best by far. The process went fairly quickly and we were never left for too long while "behind-the-scenes" discussions were happening, as happens at every other dealership I've been to. After the deal was complete, Kojo showed us the service area, helped connect the Bluetooth, and was just generally helpful and great.
