    For the first time in a long time I can say that I was truly satisfied with my service experience. Effrim was my service consultant and he did a superior job. He was courteous, personable, and efficient. He is just a very genuine person and that comes across when you meet him. My only complaint is in regards to the waiting area. I love that there is an area for kids to play but the floors are so dirty. I imagine it's hard to keep floors in a service area clean but you really need to especially if kids are playing there. My daughter is always so filthy after being in that waiting area.

    The service department at Charles Maund Toyota always go the extra mile to hel out. I brought my Highlander in for a recall notice and inquired about navigation system updates. Kevin Coyne looked into matter and determined that the necessary part needed to be ordered and installed at a later date in time. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. In the meantime the recall service was promptly performed. I don't spend much time with the service department as the Highlander has run flawlessly since I purchased it seven years ago. But on the rare occasion that I do need service I have always observed a can do attitude and usually above my expectations.

    Have had a roar in my air conditioning for a while! Last visit we thought we'd cured it! No such luck! Brought it in this time and the new shop manager rode with me and the car didn't perfectly perform for him but you could hear a little bit! So they told me to bring it back when I could leave it and they would get it fixed!!

    Jerry Hernandez displays exceptional customer service every time I am there for service. He is the only reason I continue to bring my white 1992 camry, yes 1992 :-), in for service. He greets you with a smile, and I'm sure it's not always easy pleasing every customer. If he is having a bad day, you will never know it. Jerry is #1!!!
