    I purchased my 2011 Range Rover in November of 2017. Upon the initial test drive, the check engine light was on. I asked why it was on, and was told because... of a cam shaft sensor. I was reassured that the check engine light would be resolved when I decided to purchase the vehicle. When we were writing the purchase agreement the mechanic switched out the sensor. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came back on, and the same codes appeared. I stopped, and was told that it must be a different sensor, and that they would order it to arrive in a few days. When the part arrived, they put in the new sensor, however that did not resolve the issue. The mechanic proceeded to check the wiring schematics to ensure everything was working properly. That did not fix the issue. I was then told to take it to the dealership blaming it might be a software update. I have since taken it to 3 different mechanics including the Land Rover Dealership, and the check engine light was not caused by a software update. The mechanic has finally found the root of the check engine light issue, which is caused by leaking head gaskets. I truly believe that MGM auto knew the extent of the issues that my car had prior to selling it. Since I am a single female buyer, I believe they took advantage of the situation and sold me a car with multiple issues. I have emailed the seller multiple times (with no response) because when I purchased I was reassured that they would help with the check engine light situation. I prefer all communication through texts or email. Although they have nice looking vehicles at reasonable prices, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! They will sell you faulty cars, that are not reliable. I’ve spent thousands of dollars diagnosing the problem as well as thousands to now have the head gasket problem resolved. BUYER BEWAR go to a reputable dealer that cares about their clients.

    The owner of the dealership made it extremely easy for me to purchase a car. He showed me all the vehicles on the lot and found the one that would suit... me best then gave me an even better deal than the sticker prices.

    The service was great when we go there, however the vehicle that we saw online wasn't there anymore as it had been sold a few days prior. this was not... told to us before going to visit and they are trying to find a similar vehicle with the same upgrades as the first. still very helpful and honest.

    MGM AUTO provided us with immediate attention and superior customer service. My husband and I were traveling from Houston, TX and trying to get back home... to New Mexico when we desperately needed assistance with our 2011 BMW 335d. The "Service Engine Soon" warning light came on as we were approaching the San Antonio area and we still had another 9 hours of drive time. We called ahead to see if we needed an appointment and the nicest woman answered the phone. She reassured me that they would be able to take a look and assess the problem. Upon arrival, they welcomed us and Ani scanned the car within minutes. He informed us that the nitrogen oxide sensor was out and needed to be replaced or we could cause harm to our car. In a matter of minutes, Ani was on the phone trying to locate the sensor so we could get back on the road. By the time he found one, the car was already on the lift and was prepped to install the replacement part. As my husband and I were waiting in the main lobby, a staff member invited us to pick a DVD to help pass the time (we decided to watch PATCH ADAMS-we just love this movie!) After about 2.5 hours on a late-December Saturday afternoon, we were back on the road with a fixed car and no warning lights. For being so far from home, my husband and I were so thankful we went to MGM AUTO. Thank you Ani and your awesome staff members for your automotive knowledge, patience and honesty! We highly recommend MGM AUTO to anyone seeking automotive repair, service or sales. Amy F.

    MGM had the exact car I decided to look for, and Audi A4, as well as a great selection of luxury sports cars. My 2011 A4 was in excellent condition, as... advertised. The photos on the website were an exact representation of the quality and condition of the vehicle. The owner took extra steps to assist me with some of the purchase arrangements and delivered above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely be directing friends family and girlfriend their way for future car purchases!

    I took my car to MGM auto after a frustrating experience with another dealer, which tried to convince me that my warranty doesnt cover A/C repair and trying... to charge me about $1300 for the repair. And charged for the "cheating" $50 diagnosis fee. MGM Auto helped me to get my car repaired and warranty covered most of it. I strongly recommend.

    Just bought a BMW 750i at MGM AUTO / BMW dealer in SAN ANTONIO mgm has more BMW'S than bmw center best selection of cars I have ever seen. It was the easiest... and most fulfilling experience I've ever had with a car dealer. After I explained what my budget was, and what type of car. Mr. Mgerian was able to make a deal that was outstanding. No pressure at all WOW , after that. I am very pleased with the car I picked. So much better than any dealership . I'll be back in a year or so for my next car. =) no wonder USAA speaks highly about mgm auto thank you,. you guys are awesome

    Recently bought my car from MGM auto. Everything was done over the phone, didn't have any problems, the owner had the car shipped to my house in Mexico.... He was always available when i called, altogether took 5 days to get my car.
