MIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

TERRIBLE customer service! I was told before the purchase of my vehicle that I would have a dent removed from the door and to call back in to schedule. I called repeatedly for 2 months, trying to reach anyone that would call me back, but was unsuccessful. They also gave me a 2nd key fob that is not synced to the vehicle. I was told that would be fixed when I called to schedule the dent repair. Do not walk off the lot without having EVERYTHING you need then and there. Very upsetting to pay that much for a newer vehicle and you can't get anyone to call you back and fix what they promised.

They Pulled the Same Dirty Trick Twice. MIG Jeep in Bellefontaine, OH just hit a new low. Not once, but twice, I negotiated a deal on a Jeep Wrangler 4xe. First time, I was told at the last minute that the "Owner pulled the deal". I gave them a second chance. My mistake. Another deal, confirmed with their manager, again cancelled because is supposedly called someone a "jerk". Laughable, crybabies. This isn’t bad communication. It’s dishonest. If you’re out of state and see a tempting listing from MIG, don’t bother. They don’t honor deals, don’t respect serious buyers, and don’t care who they waste. Embarrassing operation. You've been warned.

Would never buy from them again. Lee told me he knew this vehicle personally so i bought it. Three days after purchase went to gas station to get gas when finished several people began hollering my gas was leakingall over from gas tank. I had my 2 grandchildren buckeled in back seat this could have been a tragedy i had to sit there until workers could clean up one spark and it would have been a disaster. Contacted dealer twice have been ignored no respect. I am 73 years old they saw easy target. The first vehicle they tried to sell me had both cv joints out and knock in motor i wouldn't even take off lot. When i tried to drive forward hard smacking on both front floorboards shaking your feet should have left then.
