    I've been dealing with Dunning for a long time and my father-in-law has, too. We have both received excellent service, considerate treatment, and fair pricing on vehicles. The people that work there have always been helpful and courteous.

    i bought my outback at dunning subaru 2 years ago and the experience has been top notch from start to finish. my salesperson was wonderful, she was well informed, patient and not pushy at all. exactly what i was hoping for. my service and upkeep experiences have always been professional, efficient, and timely. since my purchase, i've recommended dunning to everyone i know who is looking for a car.

    I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience at Dunning Subaru! Chad helped me out and he really made me feel comfortable. We drove 2 Subarus and he was very knowledgeable about both. He didn't pressure me at all, just shared his extensive knowledge about the cars and helped me gain information. I ended up going with a used car from another dealership that wasn't available at Dunning, but they were not nearly as skilled as Chad was. I am keeping Dunning Subaru in mind for my next car or SUV--best car shopping experience ever! If you want to feel comfortable, go to Dunning Subaru.

    Have been going to Dunning Subaru since 1999 - they always provide great service. The entire sales team was helpful during the recent lease of a 2016 Crosstrek, as they've been with all our previous vehicles. Patrick in particular was very knowledgeable, honest and patient - extremely nice to work with. The service department has been excellent over the many years that we've been going there, and the recent remodel makes visiting for service very comfortable. Love my Subaru and recommend Dunning as the place to get one!

    My wife and I just had a very, very disappointing experience with Dunning Subaru. My wife has been looking for a used Forester for several weeks. She discovered one at the dealership yesterday. She visited the showroom, test drove the car and took it to a third party mechanic for an inspection. She liked the car and told the sales person that she would be happy to put a deposit on the car to hold it until today when I would be able to join her (I was out of town yesterday). When we showed up first thing this morning, we discovered that the car had been sold. While I understand that some dealerships might have a policy of selling to the first person that "shows up with the cash", it is not a policy the fosters loyalty or "delivering a truly exceptional customer experience". My wife clearly indicated that we wanted the car and that she was willing to put a deposit down to hold it. Apparently that was not enough. This situation came on top of an equally bad experience that we had buying a new Toyota from Dunning several years ago. We should have learned our lesson then. Needless to say we won't return. They simply don't treat customers with respect; it's all about "the transaction" and "moving iron".

    I live in KY. I went to Ann Arbor to buy a car from this dealership since it was cheaper comparing KY. Most of the sale employee were kind and nice. However the guy I was working with (Dave) was upset the whole time and barely smiled. I was feeling that I am selling a car and he is the one who is gonna pay. I bought the car anyway since the price was fair.

    Chad Loveless makes the process of purchasing a car seamless. A salesman who actually listens to your wants and needs is worth his weight in gold. I normally find the process teidous but not this time. I have never laughed so much during a car purchasing process. People love to buy but hate to be sold. Chad has a fantastic take on this concept. He listens more than he speaks. Chad is your advocate for an excellent car purchasing experience. You will never be sorry you made the choice to see Chad Loveless about a new Subaru! I have 13 years sales experience and Chad is head and shoulders above me. I highly recommend Dunning Subaru and Chad Loveless!

    I had a wonderful experience at Dunning Subaru. After searching for a few months, trying to find a family suitable car I decided to just go into the dealership and see what was available. I was looking for a used car that would be large enough for my family and have top rated safety. I had looked at some vans online previously but they were a bit large for my taste and didn’t have all wheel drive. Hannah Husein at Dunning was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend and a little bit about myself and what I’d be using the car for. After a brief search she went out to the lot to see if she could track one of the vehicles down. She came back with exactly what I was looking for - a 2010 Subaru Outback that had just been brought in. It looked brand new! She even did some negotiating with a fellow salesperson who didn’t want to give the car up since it was in such good condition and had just got there. We went for a test drive and she told me more about her personal commitment to Subaru, how making sure her customers were happy with their purchases was very important. We also discussed the safety and other features which I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone searching for a new or used car at Dunning. The car is great! The service was great! Overall very satisfied with Dunning Subaru!
