Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value... of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.
Tom was a great help. I love my new car! I will definitely be back when it is time to get another one. I absolutely recommend!

My husband and I went in to buy a Corvette for me and our paperwork was changed 3 to 4 times. and each time we had to come back in. Fernando was extremely... frustrated and mean and had a nasty attitude from the very beginning. When everything fell through because we were tired of the back and forth he had an escort follow us home to get the car and pretty much threw us out of his office. After this all happened my husband felt bad for me so decided I should just take this last deal so he called and Fernando so yes you can get the same price tomorrow. My husband showed up and was belittled and told nope its back on the market not selling it to you which I know he did on purpose. And again was treated EXTREMELY RUDE by Fernando. You can't act like this in this day and age with social media and online platforms. I have 3 very well off friends that are purchasing expensive cars in cash soon ...guess where I told them not to go. The behavior was degrading and outright ridiculous. I'll tell as many people as I can. Fernando needs training in customer care!!! We really wanted that car but got sick of the back and forth and we were never given lender names or anything. I've read reviews about Dimmitt from others there were similar experiences. Thanks for reading I hope this is taken as a real situation because it really happened to us and it was WRONG!!!

I did an inquiry. A rep contacted me and Immediately asked for my driver’s and stated ‘ We have to ask: why not use your local dealer?‘ It is my personal... right to shop around for a vehicle of my choice. And furthermore why do you need my license prior to even asking me A. How am I doing? Or B. What is my name? Long story short:: I refuse to do business with this company. I don’t care how cheap they have a vehicle that I am interested in.

I have been shopping for a Range Rover for a couple weeks for the right one to buy , after setting an appointment with Karen to test drive I drove down... to drive the SUV. I texted Karen a couple of times to make sure everything was good to go and she assured me the vehicle would be waiting out front and ready to go. I was running a few minutes late and let her know what time I would arrive so she would not be waiting on me.. I show up at the time I told her and couldn't find her , went to the front desk and no one was there... stood around for about 5 minutes 4 salespeople walked by me and said nothing. I guess I should have worn a suit to get the customer service I was hoping for... so I walked outside to look for the SUV and waited a few more minutes another salesperson walked right by me and not even a hello.. needless to say I wasted my time driving 40 miles for this kind of professionalism...
