Gene Messer Toyota Service is top notch.

Gene Messer Toyota Service is top notch. I like being able to register for service online. I arrived on time. Adam, the Service Advisor was helpful, polite + courteous. In less than 10 min. he had checked me in, confirmed planned Service, and arranged a ride for me back home. He notified me of additional items which should be included and verified I approved of the additions. Adam notified me when the service was completed + arranged a ride back to the service area. He quickly reviewed the completed work + took my payment. My car was waiting + I drove off. The experience couldn't have been smoother or better.

They repaired my 2017 Corolla and took care of 2 recalls

They repaired my 2017 Corolla and took care of 2 recalls all in a 24 hour turnaround. Also 400.00 cheaper than other repair shops in town.

Outstanding customer service Left my 2024 Toyota Camry for it's 5,000 mile maintenance service and from the first phone call to schedule, arrival, and picking up everyone was courteous, professional, kind and over the top helpful. Thank you so much for the complimentary Uber to get me to work and back to pick up my car! My service advisor, Ryan was fantastic. Will definitely go back!

This dealership was recommended to me by a coworker, I

This dealership was recommended to me by a coworker, I have them change my oil, it was great. Now when it was recommended by the mechanic to change my cabin filter and air filter, I declined. Even though it was shown to me the debris that was in the cabin filter. I was going to change that on my own. Once I was leaving parking lot I leaned over and noticed that the debris from the cabin filter was on the floor board on my passenger side. I'm not sure if it was thrown back on my floor board or if the remaining debris fell out, but was disappointed in how it wasn't cleaned up. I told my coworker my experience and was told they were also supposed to vacuum my vehicle. I'm sure way I didn't receive the same treatment as my coworker but I was very dissatisfied with how it was handled. I honestly don't think I will be going back for small things like this again, only way I will go back is if it is for something major that requires me to go to the dealership since my vehicle is a Toyota. Other than that thank you for the oil change.

Got up early, drove to the dealership’s service door,

Got up early, drove to the dealership’s service door, waited until they opened, drove in, stated I needed a scheduled service, went into the waiting room got a coffee, waited about 40 minutes, was informed my car was done, signed the service order got back in my vehicle and went home.
