Service advisor Desiree was really helpful and kept me

Service advisor Desiree was really helpful and kept me informed about the updates on my vehicle, great advisor. There was a delay of a few days from the Factory warranty people to approve the service, but other than that, all was good. Good thing I asked for a loaner car, and I got one.

The environment is pleasant.

Arturo was a great service advisor.

Arturo was a great service advisor. His communication was clear and he brought a great positive attitude to each interaction we had. I enjoyed my service with this dealership and will definitely be returning.

Service manager did not seem to care at all about my

Service manager did not seem to care at all about my needs. I had a factory recall that needed to be taken care of and he was not very knowledgeable as to what that entailed. His initial assessment of how long my service would take was 2 hours but I ended up spending 7 hours waiting in their lounge.

The sales and finance people I worked with at Kia

The sales and finance people I worked with at Kia Downtown LA hid the fact that the new car I was leasing had previously been leased out until we were hours in to paperwork. They kept me at the dealership for over four hours--most of the time I was waiting for them to bring the car from another lot or clean it. They repeatedly gave me incorrect time estimates. The carpet of my "new" car was still dirty even after they cleaned it. The car is fine and it's the one I wanted but I had a shady experience with the people at the dealership, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
