    Kayla Williams was recommended to me and I had been messaging with her for a couple days to narrow down my choices since I hate the car buying process... and already know the basics of what I'm looking for. She was with a client buying new and of course I encouraged her to get that money! She had a newer guy, Roderick Leyba, which was perfect because I'm slightly allergic to the usual car dealer man with too much cologne, in a suit. I had planed to get a more used car but didn't want to go through buying a car from a small used dealership and end up with another lemon. So I tried here. Hoping I could get a used car, with the same warranty, guarantees and customer service experience. And it worked out great. Roderick was down to earth and since I'm also in customer service a asked him to level with me, I won't say a word if you tell me anything negative. He said even though he hadn't been there long, he had no doubt about me getting a great deal and being treated right for the long term. The customers are like royalty and the employees are highly encouraged to do the absolute best to keep their reputation high. As a customer, that's exactly what you want to hear. I got to leave the lot with a car that no one would ever know was 5yrs old...it's brand new in every aspect despite the readout showing 100k miles, but what does that matter when it's got a full warranty for several years and lifetime oil changes, fluids, and checkups? So, I now have a "new" car for 15k less than those silly folks buying new. ¿

    The service staff here are very helpful! They assess your needs and gets you in and out so you can go about your day in a timely manner. I always have... such a good experience here. Also a shoutout to the mechanics that work behind the scenes as well. They're always willing to come speak to you and look at your car if time permits. They've been above and beyond their job title.

    We traveled to Texas 🇺🇸 from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 During our trip we noticed one rear brake calliper not releasing. We tried 4 different auto parts stores... no one seemed to be able to get me the parts I needed to do the repairs. They all told me 3 to 4 days delivery. I didn't have time to sit around to wait on parts. We called Honda of Abilene Texas. We discussed the problem. I asked them to order the parts I needed, They said the parts would be in the next day, we set up our travel trailer a few minutes away from the Honda dealership, I drove in to the dealership next morning they took my info, served my wife and I coffee, (they are also pet friendly), replaced the rear calliper, the service was great people were great. top notch service and friendly efficient staff made this all happen in a very short time. We want to give the parts staff and the service/mechanical staff a huge shout out for helping us out. Especially Arthur Cavazos he was a class act... Big Canadian 🇨🇦 thanks!!     I dropped my car off fully intending to get all my errands ran before needing to pick my vehicle up. I was very surprised to receive a call less than an... hour after dropping it off that all the work had been completed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up! George was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end. He greeted me with a smile, listened to all my needs, gave me all my options, and had me taken care very promptly, without making me feel rushed. It was almost as if he was waiting for me by the door when I returned to pick up my car. He opened the door, greeted me with another smile, went over all the details of my service, and had me back on my way. I would definitely recommend him, and Honda service center.
