Went in to buy a car (which I did). When I first went in, I told my salesperson that I went through a bankruptcy a few years back due to a medical iss
ue; that I was rebuilding my credit. I didn't want numerous inquiries on my credit reports. I told the salesperson which institution I wanted for my loan. I was informed that to get the best deal they needed to go through Kia credit. I took the loan and purchased my vehicle. When I got home, I received e-mails from my credit reporting agency that numerous inquiries were made for this loan. None of them to the institution I asked them to go through.
This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Tim was out in the lot when we started walking around and immediately stopped what he wa
s doing and helped us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We also worked with Micah and Chris in the business office. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Tim also made sure we met the people in the service department. Overall we had an amazing experience and have already recommended Kia to several friends.

The experience with completing the paperwork on our new car was a nightmare and I will never purchase another car from that dealership again. We ended
up having to re-sign paperwork on that car a total of 3 times because of several reasons but one being they sold me the wrong car. I figured this all out when I went to purchase my tags for my car and the VIN number did not match. When I called the dealership they said they noticed that but did not bother to call me to let me know. The other thing that really upset me was the payoff to the car I traded in did not get paid off for over a month and caused late fees to occur.
