Quick appointment, in and out in about 3 hours for a brake fluid change my BMW X5 Maitenace system said it was time to change. Vehicle was charged and also washed.

Sales department was very helpful.

Sales department was very helpful. Service department could use some work. Upon arriving to the service garage no one was there to greet and help me with my appointment. I had to exit my vehicle and approach a service rep to help me who was sitting at their desk. After service was performed I had questions for the service tech and repeatedly called to look for answers, left voicemail and never received a call back. Called the following day and talked to a different service tech who supplied me with the answers I was looking for and for that I am thankful.
