Great customer service!!!

Brought in a 2011 Mustang to Shamaley and worked with Pauline throughout our experience. We were kept updated throughout the whole time our vehicle was there for service. Would totally recommend and will keep bringing our Mustang back to Shamaley. Thanks!!!!

2014 edge

He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and took his time to explain all my questions. I will go back in o e or two weeks to have a repairman fix the heater on the driver's side.

Horrible service from Shamaley/collision center

So I have had a horrible experience with this ford Shamaley dealership if I could give it a below one star I would. I am the owner of a Ford GT350. I noticed a manufacturer’s defect on my car, when I pointed it out to the dealership, they gave horrible customer service especially Jesse ( service manager) and Raul (Service director). Initially it started off by me requesting a car loaner or a car rental couldn’t get one from them. I even had ford protect which puts me in a rental when my vehicle is gonna take longer than a day to repair. I had to schedule a vehicle rental reservation; since when does a customer have to do that. To top it off all car rentals where closed on Memorial Day minus the El Paso airport. And the airport does not work with the vehicle car rental contract with ford. So I ended up paying out of pocket for the car rental, hoping that I would receive reimbursement for one day. That did not happen and the service manager Jesse was extremely rude about why I wouldn’t receive reimbursement. So just because the airport car rental did not put me in a ford rental vehicle the dealership or ford would not reimburse me for the Memorial day issue. It’s not like I got to choose what vehicle I get or even know about this ridiculous stipulation from ford. Also the collision center behind Shamaley who did the repair for my manufacture defect received the car so clean by me with no other issues minus the defect. I received it with damage to the car. Be very careful choosing this dealership or collision center for service or repairs I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would drive to another location, even if it’s in another city. Avoid Shamaley at all cost.

Thank you, Jose for the update, yes alternate transportation provided by Ford Motor Co. Ford Protect policies do have to have to manufacture prior approval. There are strict submission guidelines to the process, pictures uploaded in some cases, and yes the vehicle has to be a Ford product for reimbursement as a requirement of their policy coverage. Holiday dates can be difficult as well due to the closure of manufacture offices on those dates that delay approval process too. Pre-existing conditions, in reference to the damage, which were normal wear and tear due to driving causing rock chips, are similar to health insurance preexisting conditions not covered by policies. Pauline Gonzales did an exceptional job throughout my pickup being serviced! Kept me informed until service was complete. Service dept. has done a complete overhaul on their business practices. Will start to take my vehicles back again for all services Highly recommend! Hands down to Shamaley Ford and P. Gonzales! Level of service is fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Recall repairs

Husband called to check for service bulletin on car. Felt like car was shifting rough or as if tires spinning. Took in for recalls. Everything fixed. Everything working so far.

2019 F-350 service

Plastic trim cracked and part was here the next day. I was able to take the truck home come back the next day and slapped it on quick! “5”stars Shamaley!! Way better than the CASA ford “0”stars. I will return for all my trucks needs.
