Jesse is the man you want to work with!

My transmission was was leaking and Jesse was the chillest person to work with. He jokes around and talks to you like you are a friend. If you need any service repair call and ask for him. By far the best experience!

Shopping for f150

it was ok I guess couldn't really negotiate on price, the truck was quite used and not really as good as in the pictures . The facility was nice they offered water and popcorn

Unfortunately due to the C19 we had to limit some customer amenities due to safety and CDC guidelines. We use a market-based pricing policy for our inventory, we have signage up in the facility also for our customer to read as well. The market-based pricing simplifies the sales process for our customers, online pricing is already at market value, which saves our customers the anguish of back and forth negotiating. We have had overwhelming support and transparency appreciation from our customers regarding our pricing policy. Shamaley; Ralph; repairs and service

My car needed repairs which another servicer did a poor attempt to address. After being fed up with that clown, I went to Shamaley and my car’s servicing was handled by Ralph and the service team at Shamaley. Ralph and the team not only provided impeccable support answering my questions and addressing my concerns and keeping me up to date, but did a great job diagnosing and repairing my car’s problems, and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done correctly and adequately. The team was honest and prompt with their communication, and Ralph jotted down and paid attention to and answered all my questions, even if they might not have even been directly related to the problem, but valid concerns for any car owner who isn’t versed in automobiles mechanisms who is trying to understand their car problem, what can precipitate such problems, and how to mitigate them so to avoid them recurring or to at least know the signs to watch for if it might happen again. Quality and accurate service and work; honest and prompt communication, and attention to detail is how I would describe Ralph and the team at Shamaley. I’ll be returning for any future potential problems that arise, and even for those routine oil changes and inspections, and I recommend you to the same.

Takes Advantage of Young Active Duty Military Members

My daughter is a young active-duty service member, stationed at Fort Bliss. In early April, she and her young active-duty boyfriend went into the dealership to look at a used Kia that she had seen listed online. When she arrived at the dealership, she was helped by a salesperson named Travis - after looking online, I'm going to assume that this is Travis York. Travis informed my daughter that the vehicle she was looking for was no longer available, but he had an almost identical vehicle for sale at his home. My daughter and her boyfriend went to Travis's home where a Kia was parked. My daughter and her boyfriend were then told that this was not actually Travis's car. It actually belonged to a third-party and Travis was just brokering the deal. Both parties came to an agreement on price after both Travis and the seller assured my daughter that the car was in good order, no issues, one owner, etc. My daughter secured her financing, and Travis scheduled her to come back to the dealership to do the paperwork for the sale. A month after taking possession of the vehicle, the car began showing severe issues. The car was taken to the service department at the Kia dealership, and was told that not only had this car been in a pretty severe wreck, but the engine was not correctly repaired, and additional damage was inside. My daughter went back to the dealership and was told by the sales manager, (I'm not sure which one,) that Shamalay Ford was not responsible because they didn't sell the vehicle. My questions begin with - Why does Shamalay Ford allow it's salespeople to make side deals instead of showing the customer other options at the dealership? Since the salesperson offered the vehicle at the dealership and had the paperwork done at the dealership, why would this not be a dealership deal? Is Shamalay Ford encouraging it's salespeople to not sell piece of crap cars through the dealership so they don't have to pay for the repairs? Why would Shamalay Ford tout it's love for the military, while taking advantage of young active-duty service members? I know that this is a long post, but I hope this will stand as a warning to others.

Oil change

Excellent service, while in this shop the young lady make feel as if I was the most important person in the world, took my truck and change the oil and notified me as soon as it was ready I call this superb job, keep up the good work as a matter of fact I bought a new truck while waiting for mine 👍.

Recall and service

I set up the appointment the day before. The following morning my service rep Ralph met me and took down all my information. Very professional and descriptive. I told him I would be picking it up the following morning. At about 4pm he called and said my vehicle was ready for pickup and he would be there tomorrow morning. The following day my vehicle was ready and Ralph gave me a receipt along with the courtesy inspection report. He asked that I call him if I had any problems. Everything went smooth!!

Mr Mr

Bought a truck here but truck was given to me with no gas wasnt washed the mats were in the bed I had to shampoo them the sales person was ok but I bought as casa kia and they washed the vehicle shampooed i side full tank of gas but here i wont be back and ill tell every one that will listen of my bad experience.
