Ralph provided best service possible. Oil change took less than 45min. Which usually takes 1hr or more,very pleased with the service.Also like discount coupons they mail you.

Making it right Redoing my post from earlier

I received a phone call from Raul Garcia at Shamaley Ford. He explained that he would like to make it right for the missing Cup Phone I received from my dad as a Christmas present. He will be ordering a new one for me which I gratefully appreciate.
