    As soon as I walked in they saw a young soldier , first time buyer, end of the month, so what did they do ? They took advantage, they rushed the paperwork to perhaps meet the months qouta, told me I was approved and I was good. Fast forward 3 weeks , it turns out I was not approved they request for my mustang to be returned i of course return the vehicle, at this point they start pointing fingers at me saying it's all my fault, they became rude and disrespectful, trying to speak over me. Then I ask for my trade in vehicle and according to the contract my vehicle must be returned if the deal didnt go through to finacing, it turns out the dealership had sold my vehicle already !! Without waiting for finance approval im going on 3 days without a vehicle and as a soldier i need my vehicle.. dissapointed...

    I had purchased two previous vehicles from this dealership and knew the process. Once I determined what I wanted the process was simple and fast. I had some add-ons put on the vehicle at the dealership prior to purchase and that was done fast and with the quality I have come to trust. The sales staff was excellent and very helpful. The experience overall was excellent.

    Always a great experience with the sales side of things. I have purchased about 8 vehicles from Ford. All but 2 from Shamaley Ford on Lee Trevino. Gilberto Martinez help me out this time around. Highly recommend this gentlemen. He will definitely look for all options to help you get your new car. I had originally gone in for a used car. But with Gilberto's help and efforts I am purchasing a 2017 Mustang with an affordable monthly payment in line with what I wanted to pay. This gentleman is very helpful. I can't say enough. Great Job! Gilberto.
