    I bought my car just a few days ago and had a great experience. Chris was my sales rep and was very helpful. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. I left the dealership around 9pm so I didn't see the giant scratch on the driver door. I called Chris the following day and asked how this could be taken car of. Within 5 minutes I received a call back and was instructed to bring my car in for the repair. Chris and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing!

    we bought our Jeep Wrangler last November 2016 the salesman name Jeff did a great Job . after 3 months i call the service department to schedule my change oil , I'm so disappointed to the service department its take me to waited 3.5 hrs just for change oil. Again i called to service my jeep due to recall in steering wheel after waiting 3 hrs. thanks i got my jeep . while i driving i noticed that the signal light switch won't back to normal position also every time i turning to the right the fog light will turn off . then after 3 days i send my jeep back to service but they schedule me for repair by next week . Today the staff ( girl ) send me jeep to the service . and she told and give me a invoice of repair with the amount $ 0 but the service manager told me he wont repair my jeep if i don't pay the amount for repair. i explained to him this issues i found after the repair of the recall. just a piece of advice to the customers if you don't want head ache go to other service location . also to the management please review the customer complaint .

    Had a great experience buying a car at Larry Miller. My salesman Jeff was excellent. It was a pleasant experience to go into a dealership tell the salesman what you are looking for, what you can pay and find the perfect match. The only negative thing I would say would be after I left I had to call and ask a question and the receptionist never answers the phone . I went back to the dealership and the receptionist was on her cell phone and could see the phone ringing but she never answered. However the car shoppping was excellent. Again if you are looking for a deal and a knowledge salesman see Jeff!

    We purchased our Jeep new. The salesman was very knowledgeable. However the way the dealership is run is not great. It seems to be either understaffed or employees work only in "silos" - meaning, I am doing absolutely nothing at this moment but I can't help you because that is not my job. This means the customer has to wait hours until the "person" that can perform the task is available. We are having the car serviced at the Aurora location and the communication is non-existant. My husband called for two days straight without a return call. He called another Larry Miller shop and they had to call on our behalf to get information. We were told a loaner would be available as some was recall work and other was having remote start installed and the recall had to be fixed before they could do remote start. After driving in rush hour traffic to get our there, to find out no loaner. That means we are down to 1 car , with multiple commiments for sports, school and work. This was not appreciated. To make up they said they would have it worked on first thing in the morning. here is is almost 3 pm, and we have called multiple times, left multiple messages and we can not find out if Jeep is ready. Finally was able to get a human to answer the phones that worked in service department and she only trfd me to voicemail again after I explained I just needed to know if jeep was ready. She was able to pull the Jeep up but would not say if ready or not. Really poor service. So is the dealership so understaffed or are they just not trained or do they just not care. This goes against every commercial that the owners put out on TV. This needs to be rectified not for just us, but all all customers.

    I had a wonderful experience at Larry H. Miller. James Kantorowicz was our salesman, he was very patient, was patient with our test runs, and managed to get us an incredible deal. I went home with a brand new 2015 Chrysler that had just been hanging out on the lot and i'm absolutely in love with it! Least stressful car buying experience I've ever had.

    We filled out our application 1 week ago today and have not heard anything from the finance department. The salesman gave up on us about 4 days ago telling us that they could not get my husband approved for a loan but did not know why. I then called the finance department (Silo) and he stated still working on it and I will call you right back. No phone call. I called him and had to leave a message. It has been a week and still nothing. We checked out another dealership over the weekend and they had no problem getting us approved for an Acura MDX. I feel like Larry H Miller just didn't want to deal with us. I would give them all 0 stars but that was not an option.

    I just thought I would jump on to give a shout out to Ben Harrison who helped me with the lease on my new Jeep Renegade. He was knowledgeable about his product, listened to my needs/wants, shared his own experiences where relevant and basically knocked it out of the park patiently and efficiently!     Buying here wasn't an issue. Fairly straightforward. But the service shop and body shop are a joke. Customer service is non existent. Communication is completely lacking. Follow thru is abysmal. And frankly I've never experienced a place where ownership and accountability were more remiss than at Colorado Chrysler Jeep. They've cost me thousands of dollars in their mistakes and countless weeks without my vehicle without an ounce of remorse. Chrysler should decertify this location.
